About Cindy Morris
I have lived in Boulder since 1977. For 10 of those years I owned a flower shop in town. Now I am a writer and I fuss around the yard a lot. Here I am with my Smooth Fox Terriers. I am VERY knowledgeable about what's going in Boulder and can make endless suggestions for fun things for you to do and see around the area.
Cindy Morris purchased this House in 1996

Boulder Victorian beauty
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cindy’s house. It was within walking distance of many things Boulder has to offer; Boulder Creek, Pearl Street Mall, Chautauqua, farmers market, etc. The only issue for us was that, even though the unit is pet-friendly, the yard is only fenced on 3 sides. The yard is to the side of the house, and wide open out to the street. We had to create a temporary fence for our wandering dog. Cindy was great to work with, she lives behind the unit, and was always available for any questions.
Fabulous month in Boulder
The house is charming and cozy and surrounded by trees. It is perfectly located to walk to parks, the path along Boulder creek and downtown shopping and dining areas plus the Pearl St Pedestrian Mall. The back porch opens onto a small garden and is a lovely place to sit and have a glass of wine. The owner was warm and welcoming.
Close to everything, perfect for a small family.
We loved our time in Boulder! Cindy's place was well equipped and was in the best location. A 5 - 10 minute walk to Pearl Street, close to the Library (which had great kids programs), super quiet and safe neighborhood, and close to Chautauqua park. Thanks for the best time Cindy! We hope we can make it again next year!
Delighted to have been able to host you and your family, Jane!
You were lovely guests and it's so fun to have people stay who love the house and neighborhood as much as I do!
Come visit again!
This sweet Tudor style home painted in cheerful and tasteful colors is situated on a street with friendly but unobtrusive neighbors just around the corner from Boulder Creek and within walking distance to Pearl Street Mall. The home is quiet and quaint with a delightful porch to enjoy the greenery in the yard. Real baby white roses in one of the bedrooms was a nice added touch. Thanks to Cindy for an enjoyable stay over the Labor Day weekend!
A lovely little cottage!
An absolutely delightful cottage. Convenient to Pearl Street so no worries about parking. I would gladly rent again.
Nice little house close to everything.
We enjoyed our stay at Cindy's house and everything it had to offer in proximity to the trails, Boulder creek and Pearl Street. We were running ahead of schedule and Cindy was happy to allow us early entry.
