Completely remodeled by a professional interior designer in 2010, this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit condo features a full kitchen with stainless appliances, two private patios for relaxing and/or entertaining, and a great location near the pool and spa. The mountain views are stunning - sit outside and enjoy your coffee while taking in all of the natural splendor of the valley.
Both bedrooms are comfortably appointed, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room. The unit has its own private washer/dryer for ease and convenience. There is one covered, assigned parking space and there are multiple guest parking spaces.
Access to this stunning complex is via security gate only. There are 3 pools and spas and manicured grounds and you are in a prime location, close to shopping, restaurants, two casinos, the airport, a water park, hiking, horseback riding and multiple golf courses.

I stayed here over the New Year's Eve weekend with my boyfriend, my good friend, her husband, and my dog. The condo is a great size for two couples and well stocked for anything you might need. The master bedroom is very roomy with a nice flatscreen TV. The 2nd bedroom is comfy as well, and the 2nd bathroom is just across the hall from the 2nd bedroom door - super convenient. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door to the large patio off the back. There's a 2nd small patio off the front too. Both patios are totally secure and perfect for a small or medium sized dog. There were plenty of linens and extra towels and blankets. The kitchen was stocked with all the dished, utensils, and appliances we needed. The charcoal grill was great for steaks, and there were charcoal briquettes provided. We never heard anything from the unit above us (maybe it was empty?). Most importantly, the place was clean and very comfortable.
It was about a 15 minute drive to Palm Springs and an easy Uber ride. There's also a ton of retail shops and restaurants nearby, so groceries, food, etc., is easy to grab.
The complex is gated, clean, quiet, and feels secure. The only weird/funny thing we came across was figuring out how we could walk out of the complex to catch our Uber. We had to use the gate key card to get out. :P I'm sure we just didn't look hard enough, and there's probably a pedestrian gate.
Check-in was simple. Frank, Lisa's brother, met us at the gate. I gave him a heads up of when we'd arrive, and he was there to greet us and show us around. It was really nice having the tour of the place. He pointed out where everything was, etc. He was available via phone throughout the weekend for any questions too. Check-out was super easy. Basically all we had to do was take the trash out.
We'd definitely stay here again if/when we take another trip that way.
My husband and I stayed here for Coachella weekend. It was just as pictured in the photos. Nice sized, designed nicely, super clean (the towels smelled as if they just came out of the dryer!), and the king size bed in the master was heaven. We never heard a neighbor once, and the pool and hot tub were essentially private. Lisa, the person who helps manage e property, was very nice...she met us the first day and was waiting for us at the entrance. She spent time walking us thru the lay of the land. Awesome. There were plenty of amenities, including a washer/dryer (detergent included!). We were very central to palm springs and the coachella festival. However I wouldn't say that Cathedral City itself was anything to write home about. Regardless, we would absolutely come back to this property again. Thanks for everything!
Our family spent a week here and it met our needs very well. The place was clean, comfortable and quite. It was especially nice having the pool just outside the bedrooms.
Well-maintained condo; everything in working order; when the A/C went down, owner had it promptly repaired in a day's time. I'd stay there again in a minute!
We appreciated that there were a number of basic condiments and a good supply of towels and paper and cleaning products. Both bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space with hangers and it was nice to have both a bath tub and a separate shower. Bedroom lighting could have been brighter for reading but the bathroom lighting was very good. The dishwasher needed to be mounted better and was very noisy. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole unit was very clean. It was nice to be close to the hot tub and pool. The bed was very comfortable. All in all we would be pleased to stay here again.
The rental was good. The property manager worked with us closely. A water heater failed on our arrival. Our manager had it replaced within a day or so. Good work! The property was clean and adequately furnished. The location is gated but in a neighborhood that is aging. We would rent there again. The property manager gave us good service. Thanks
