About Linda Wilson

My husband and I have always loved the Central Oregon high desert. The fresh air, wild life, starry nights and sunny days bring us back to Sunriver several times during the year. #4 Red Alder is the second home we've owned in Sunriver. It's a special retreat for us and a fun place for us to bring our family and friends. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do; a place where you can find peace and relaxation!

Why Linda Wilson chose Sunriver

We love Sunriver and all of the family opportunities that it supplies! Whether you enjoy swimming, skiing, hiking, fishing, star gazing, golf - - it's all right here in your back yard! We want to share this family resort with others; you won't be disappointed!

What makes this house unique

This home works so well for large families or groups. With 5 separate bedrooms (3 of them being master bedrooms); everyone has their own space! Our family of 10 recently stayed for a week in our Sunriver home, and everyone had plenty of space, but enjoyed coming together in the great room or out on the back porch! We've also thought through the needs of the little babies and toddlers with a jogger/stroller, high chair, bike trailer, security gates and pack and play available.

The house was great! The kids loved the bunk room. Great living space and kitchen.

  • 5 of 5

The house had everything we needed for a great extended family Vacation. The small kids had fun with the horse theme/camping room. The elderly loved the downstairs master bedroom and reading by the fireplace. All of us enjoyed the hot tub, sledding, and playing cards at the big table. Plenty of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, and ambiance of the house made it a special time for our families to come together and have fun. The owner bent over backwards to make sure our stay was good and was incredibly nice and helpful. We will definitely come back to this house.

Fantastic for Family Gatherings

  • 5 of 5

This place had it all. From the camping room in the bunk house to all of the rooms being named to the large great room area to have the whole family gather in for meals and games in the evening. It was great. Super close access to Fort Rock Park and just about a 5 minute bike ride to the SHARC and an 8 minute ride to the Village. Would recommend this place to anyone and will more than likely stay here again! Thank you to the Wilsons! Great house!

Spacious home with many extras!

  • 5 of 5

Our family was very comfortable in the Woodland Lodge for our family vacation in August, 2015. The proximity to Fork Rock Park is GREAT - it's walkable and we used it lots during our stay. We were so glad to have 12 SHARC passes! We loved the fact that there are three masters in the house. The kids' bunk room was filled with lots of surprises for our grandkids to enjoy - especially the darling "camping closet"! The living room was spacious and there was plenty of room for our family around the dining table. The kitchen has many useful cooking tools, and the refrigerator is good-sized too! There are some extras for babies - a walker and a high chair were helpful for our family. Linda is FANTASTIC with her responses to emails and texts - I really appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to problem-solve with a couple of issues that came up! We would recommend this home to others!

Great home for two families!

  • 5 of 5

We recently stayed at Woodland Lodge and we very happy with this home. We have 3 kids (7, 5, 2) and we stayed with another family that had four kids (5, 3, 3, 1) and there was plenty of room. The kids loved being close to the park, on a quiet street, the hot tub, the large dining table for playing games, the camping closet with many toys, and the passes to the aquatic center. The kitchen had everything we would ever need. The BBQ was great and easy to use. The house was beautifully decorated and the AC worked great during the hot afternoons:) We would highly recommend this house!

Lovely and comfortable home

  • 5 of 5

We love traveling to Sunriver and were especially pleased with this home. The rooms are comfortable, there are a lot of bathrooms, and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped and easy to work in. The rental process was wonderfully smooth, and the home is in a great location with easy access to many Sunriver amenities. We look forward to coming back here again!

Summer Reunion - fantastic home for large group

  • 5 of 5

I recently rented this home on the occasion of my 30th class reunion gathering. Linda made the rental payment process very easy and supplied all of the needed information for us to locate and move into the house for our extended weekend stay. We had seven adults staying in the home and had 6 more adults and 2 children join us for dinner on two nights during our stay. Even with 15 people we never felt crowded.

Our group of friends has rented many homes in the Sun River area over the years, and in comparison, we were extremely impressed with the quality and amenities this home has to offer. The furnishings and decor are not only beautiful, but functional AND comfortable! The kitchen has dishes and silverware to easily feed 30-40 people and a nice selection of cookware, kitchen tools and serving dishes. The open floor plan on the main floor is perfect for entertaining a large group. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV that swivels for viewing anywhere on the floor, a Wii gaming system, and a ping pong table. Needless to say, all were put to rigorous use during our stay! The three bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite are perfect for maintaining privacy while enjoying the house with other couples. The two children that visited LOVED the camp out closet and toy chest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again next year. I would highly recommend this home, just please don't book it on the dates we want!
