About Nicki Haller

We recently retired to Boulder and this is our primary residence. We greatly enjoy this town because there are a variety of easily available activities. We love biking, hiking, concerts and eating out. Best of all, these activities are within a few miles, or even less, from our home. We can bike right from our front door, or drive to the town of Estes Park and enjoy the activities in Rocky Mountain National Park and be back in Boulder for dinner or a concert. We like to travel and while we are away we are happy to share our home with others.

Nicki Haller purchased this condo in 2008

Why Nicki Haller chose Boulder

This part of Boulder is close to the Foothills and has beautiful views of the Flatirons. Specifically, this North Boulder area has many amenities within walking distance or a short 2 minute drive to the nearest restaurants. Famous Pearl Street is 2.5 miles away from our home by car or public bus.

What makes this condo unique

Our home is unique because it is so close to everything you might want. We love the fact that we can walk to a great pizza restaurant or to the best bakery in town. There are two upscale restaurants within walking distance. You can walk, bike or drive to the beautiful open space of Wonderland lake area. A family owned supermarket it within 5 minutes by car or even a bike ride.

NIcki's North Boulder home was PERFECT! VERY clean and comfortably furnished. Two master suites worked out very nicely for our family. North Boulder was great; close enough to do Downtown activities, but then go "home" to peace and quiet while still having everything we could want close by....Good shopping and restaurants within a walk. NIcki was wonderful to work with too....renting her home made our vacation extra special.

Lovely charming home in a delightful neighborhood in N. Boulder

  • 5 of 5

My fiance and I have just returned from a couple of delightful weeks at the Haller home. It is a splendid facility that was immaculately clean when we arrived. It was light and airy with hardwood floors and everything you need to make a stay exceptional. All equipment was in superb working order and the unit is well arranged for flow. The owners had informed neighbors of our arrival so we were welcomed graciously. Since Colorado evenings are so delightful in the summer we were able to grill out and enjoy the patio for other activities. Its location is a huge plus, because of the access to Highway 36 to Estes Park or Denver and points South. Within Boulder it is close to arterial roads for easily traversing the city. One of the charms of the place are beautifully manicurerd floral displays everywhere you look, as well as raised vegetable gardens. This unit is very quiet even though there are close neighbors. The owners take great pride in their home and we were fortunate to be able to share it for a time.

Best bet in North Boulder!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I rented this lovely house for a month from May 23 to June 20, 2015. We came to Boulder from Delaware to help our daughter and her husband with their newborn twin sons (our first grandchildren!). The location of the house was perfect and the neighborhood was friendly, safe, and charming. The photos of the house on this site are totally accurate. The owners did everything to make our stay pleasant. The place was immaculate and well-stocked (even some food staples, coffee filters, etc.). I do not have one negative thing to say about this rental house! It's in a co-housing community so renters may take advantage of community activities and gardens. We were too busy with our grand babies to participate, but we could easily see how we would've been welcome. My husband and I would certainly consider staying there again. Highly recommended!

Quiet, comfortable retreat in North Boulder

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this North Boulder condo for 6 nights in May for our daughter's CU graduation. I can only say great things about the place and the owners, Nicki and Jere. The location is perfect, out of the bustle which can be Boulder on a busy weekend yet only a 5-10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, hiking and CU campus. The condo is very nice - extremely well kept and clean (and I am pretty picky), very nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable beds and areas to relax. We were new to the co-housing concept and found it to be quite nice. We picked lettuce and arrugula from the garden beds for our salad. Nicki and Jere were very helpful in arranging for us to use the Common House to have a graduation party for our daughter and niece. It worked out perfect, the facility is beautiful with full kitchen and dishes to use, plenty of tables and chairs for guests, and a nice outdoor area, although we had not-so-great weather that day and stayed inside. Nicki and Jere were so helpful and pleasant, even helping the grandparents find a taxi to get them to the graduation! Some rental owners in Boulder hike the price during graduation week, and Nicki and Jere did not. The rental is very well priced and worth all of it. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Boulder area.

Beautiful home in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying here! The condo was larger than it looks in the pictures and the location was fantastic. We visit Colorado every year and our trips are usually pretty active. This gave us a great location with easy access to hiking, rock climbing, and bike trails. The house had everything we needed and was a great place to come back and relax after a busy day. Will definitely stay here again!

Rock Climbing Trip

  • 5 of 5

We went to Boulder to spend the week rock climbing around the most beautiful areas of Boulder, like the flatirons, eldorado, Boulder Canyon and Estes Park.

We arrived at this home and it was a delight. It had everything we could possibly need. It was clean and very comfortable. All places, we needed, were nearby and it was nice to have internet access. The beds were very comfortable and the facilites were superb. The whole concept of co-housing was very refreshing. It was a lovely place and a great community with beautiful views of the mountains.

We are all vegetarians and we were able to buy at a local Wholefoods market and prepare our own meals on a kitchen that was fully equipped. We were also able to add some onions, to our salads, from their private garden. It was delicious.

The whole process from rental to arrival and all instructions about the place was handled so well that there were no hassles whatsoever. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We miss it all already.

I advise that you take the time to walk all around the area as we did. There are businesses and coffee shops around that are great and people are very friendly. It was a great vacation of adventure and relaxation.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Boulder. It was just awesome!
