About the owner: Tony and Luciana Santoni We live in Scottsdale Arizona, where we moved 28 years ago. We have two children and four grandchildren and we like to travel and vacation "family style". Although Scottsdale is the capital of golfing, we do not golf but we enjoy nevertheless the view of the greens in Scottsdale. We run a small family business and therefore we understand and appreciate how important is to offer our customers service, a pleasant experience and a product worth the money they spend.
Why the Owner Chose Townsite, Oceanside, CA, USA:
We have two children and four grandchildren age 6 to 10. The main reason for purchasing this property is the convenience of access to the beach (short easy walking) and the proximity to San Diego and all the related attractions which have proven to be a magnet for our grandchildren. Although I do not surf,I like to watch surfers from the municipal pier before moving on to one of the good restaurants in the area. Overall a friendly, family oriented environment.

I have visited or will visit every single attraction that is around Oceanside from San Diego to Disney World, alternating days of one full day excursion to days spent resting and relaxing on the beach.
