About the Property

Direct Oceanfront Corner Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 7-8)

WHY choose Seascape? Yes, it’s the same ocean out there. And the beach area does vary according to location. If your preference is sand and shore, Seascape is on 200 feet of ocean FRONT property. Our building has 30 condos but only 20 of them actually rent. Compare that to the high rise monstrosity with 200+ condos on less than 100 feet of property. They just can’t jam enough umbrellas together.

WHY do we cater to families? That one is simple having been there and done that. Just look at what we have to offer. And when the kids have fun? Well…? Look at the wet footprints going from the pool to our jacuzzi. Look from our screened porch or balcony and see what’s happening in the pool. (Tired kids do sleep longer in the mornings). Look out and see what’s going on in the ocean. You’re right there directly facing the ocean.

WHY our condo? Good question. First, as above, we cater to families only. Your vacation is our primary concern. When you come in you can expect everything to be ready for your vacation to begin. Every aspect is checked and verified prior to the start of the arrival of our guests because we have the best cleaning and preparation staff on the beach. Bar none! Yes, it took a while to find them but we did. Being a corner unit, our views are not only ocean front, but south and west as well. That ‘s where those amazing magenta sunsets occur. The condo is also our vacation home so we insure that it is comfortable, like home. We go out of our way to accommodate our repeat guests as much as possible. Those who have been with us for 15+ years are like extended family. And about that morning coffee on the porch? Ours is screened. No Bugs. Hmm!

CHOOSE Seascape? Yes, there are many other choices at the beach. First and foremost Seascape is a very family friendly destination. We personally prefer the low-rise buildings. Kids explore out on the walkways. Hide and seek is very common. We really enjoy seeing kids having a grand time. Our building has an elevator which is unique for a 3-story building. Elevators are not required unless the building is 4 or more stories. Did I mention the pool lockers? Why lug that stuff up and down when you can leave it in a locked storage unit on the ground floor. Gas grills? Yep, 2 Weber gas grills.

ONSITE ENTERTAINMENT? No but you can walk next door to the Bay Watch for a live band. No cab required. Going or coming.

THE BEST FOR LAST? We are here for you, our guests. Your call is welcome any time. We’ll even come down that day if necessary. We wish for all of our guests a happy and safe vacation.

Year Purchased: 1996

About the owner: We have been traveling here since we were teenagers and it was a 2-lane road along the coast. We've stayed because we believe it's the best beach and vacation spot from NY to Florida.

Why the Owner Chose Crescent Beach, North Myrtle Beach, SC, USA:
After a lengthy search, we bought Seascape because it is a small, 30 unit low-rise building and spread out to give us lower density on the beach during the season. We were fortunate to find it because units very seldom come available which told us about the stability of the other owners. We purchased the condo 24 hours after it was listed for sell.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Seascape is a wonderful family destination. The pool is oceanfront and we are just steps away from the beach (see photo). Our condo is not just a rental but our vacation home. It is always very well maintained and comfortable, like home.
