We love this Juniper Landing property for so many reasons! As of Spring 2016, the new Juniper Landing commons area is complete. It features a junior Olympic sized salt-water pool, fitness center and sauna, large hot salt-water spa and gas fire pit. The area is right next door to this unit 1107. It's across Willow Draw Rd from the Waldorf Astoria and only about 300 yards from the free Frostwood Gondola. It's just about 8 minutes from downtown Park City and all the shopping, theaters, restaurants and entertainment the city offers.

It features a gormet kitchen with Viking appliances and granite tops, oversized solid wood doors, gorgeous flooring and cabinets and custom-home quality bathrooms.

Enter by driving into a private and secure two-car garage that's directly below your vacation home. There is plenty of room for your ski gear here. Up one flight of steps and you're in the living room and kichen / dining area. There are three gas fireplaces with flat screen TVs over each. Both upstairs BRs are master in size with large private baths off each. One BR features two double beds with a spa tub on the balcony outside. The other features a king bed and furnished with amenities designed for your comfort.

If you're looking for a large resort, this is not your place. Juniper Landing is very quiet and private.

We bought at Juniper Landing because of the beautiful location and proximity to skiing in the Canyons and quick access to Park City. We also love the 'custom home' quality of the property and the uniqueness of the development. It's also just off the 9th fairway of the challenging and new Canyons Golf Course.

What makes this townhome unique

Privacy and quiet with a short drive to all the fun in Park City. Enjoy ski in/out during winter and golf when it's warm!

"The Juniper Landing condo on Willow Draw Drive was such a wonderful vacation spot! We got there just in time for a beautiful snowfall and had some of the best skiing of our lives! The condo was walking distance to the Waldorf gondola at the Canyons, with beautiful views of the mountains out every window, but there are tons of taxis available to get into Park City for dinner and shopping. We really enjoyed the home’s hot tub and amazing kitchen and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely be going back!"

Juniper Landing

Great location and the property itself was clean, well stocked and in excellent condition. The challenge in general at Juniper Landing is parking, but access to their two car underground garage was wonderful. If you have any visitors the add'l parking is the challenge. Access to trails for running and biking are great, the pool and hot tub were in great condition and Grady was wonderful to work with. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others wanting to enjoy a great mountain retreat experience.

Terrible experienece

This was the first time and last time that I will book with VRBO. Booked this property and received confirmation. Flew my family across country only to find out that the owner double booked his property. NOT GOOD!!! We were tired from a VERY long day of travel. It took some time for them to find us another place to stay. However, we will never know if we got the same value.

Owner's Response: This was indeed a terrible mistake on my part. My management company also booked the same dates and I didn't catch that. This is the only time this has happened in 5 years owning the property and I've taken measures so that it never happens again. I did spend more than $1,300 out of pocket and beyond the booking paid to put this family in a newer 2 BR property at the Wyndham around the corner from my place. It's even closer to the Frostwood gondola. I'm sure they received similar if not better value but I regret that it happened nonetheless. I know they were very tired after a long travel day and the last thing you want is to wait on your accommodations. My sincerest apologies have gone out to them. Grady Gennings

Juniper Landing - Grady Jennings

We have made a habit of staying in Juniper Landing due to many things: Our innate quirkiness in our preference to stay and ski more at The Canyons portion of Park City. The low key, hassle-free general experience of having a short walk to the Waldorf Gondola from the Jennings' unit suits us very well.

The unit is well put together and generously stocked with all the amenities we have come to expect when we ski.

Grady was also incredibly attentive to our needs and his dealings with us throughout the entire lifecycle of initial booking, prep, and finally our stay. We would certainly expect to use Grady's unit again in the future.

Excellent rental!! - clean and beautiful

Grady was wonderful to work with and takes great pride in his condo. Juniper landing is in a beautiful location and this condo is conveniently located next to the pool and hot tub. We had a super trip and would highly recommend this rental. Grady- thank you for all your help in making it a perfect family trip!

My husband and I and my sister and brother in law just returned from a fabulous week in Park City!! We could not have asked for a more beautiful home and ideal location to rent. Grady (the owner) was very helpful and easy to do business with, I felt that all my questions and needs were met! Making our vacation stress free from the beginning!The condo is in the Canyons which has a lift that you can walk to, however, Park City is about 3 miles away, we rented a car for the week so that was not an issue. I highly recommend this rental and will be sure to stay here again when I return to Park City!! Thanks again, Jill
