This is a unit for those with discriminating tastes who want only the best!

This is one of the few 4 bedroom units on the beach! The unit features 2 King Suites, 1 Queen suite with sitting room, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. In addition we have a queen sleeper and 2 twin roll away beds you can easily move where ever you need them! With 3000 square feet and 3 bathrooms this unit sleeps 12 comfortably.

Winter getaway to avoid cold and snow

We booked a stay for six weeks last January. Do to medical issues we could not check in on our booked date. They allowed our daughter to check in for us and went over everything with her. We arrived a a few weeks later and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The parking garage was greatly appreciated. A cold weather system managed to come during our stay so we didn't get to sit out on the deck as much as we had hoped. The condo had everything that we needed. We hope to come back and stay in the summer and enjoy the deck and ocean watch. Would highly recommend renting this condo unit. The views are gorgeous and the amenities in Peck Plaza were great, be it the pool table, the tennis and BB courts, and the library for reading material. The unit easily met my wheelchair needs and the shower was appreciated (no tub in a the bathroom was a necessity). They had all types of equipment to enjoy outdoor activities, especially for our grandchildren who visited us and loved the deck and looking for wildlife.

Beautiful views

We recently stayed at Peck Plaza for a weekend girl's trip. The condo had every thing you need to feel at home. The view of the ocean is amazing and can be seen from almost anywhere in the condo. This was perfect for our girl's trip and would also work great for families or couples. Carmen and Dennis always responded promptly and were very helpful. Check in and out was easy and the deposit was refunded quickly. I would stay here again.

Beautiful condo

The unit was absolutely beautiful, clean and very well taken care of. The views of the ocean from the bedrooms and the living room were breath taking. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and extra bedding was a plus. The people we meet while staying here were extremely friendly.

We had a blast, thank you Carmen & Dennis!!! Planning on another trip next year!!

Spectacular view of ocean and otherwise average

A truly spectacular bedroom and living room view of the ocean, the condo is equipped as one would expect, the bedroom is large and lovely and the living area and kitchen are on the small side. The building is old, clean but tired. The fitness room is basic at best. The air c. system is loud in the bedroom.

We are seniors who don't need, want or use a cell phone on holidays but both owners took it upon themselves to chastise us, on four occasions, for not having one. I felt that was inappropriate and rude.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. I'd like to respond to your comment about our request for your cell phone and surprise that you were traveling without one. Peck Plaza is a residential building and does not have any front desk or check in area for guests. The building also has assigned parking and uses a key fob system for building security. I realize some of our competition may be just mailing keys or having guests pick up keys from a real estate office. I have met many of those guests walking around lost in the building or worse yet being locked out because they got the wrong set of keys. We have chosen to check in every guest in our residential buildings personally. Show them how to access the building, where the assigned parking is, how to get around the building, and review with each guest what keys go where along with the check out process. However, do do this properly and meet our guests in a timely manner requires communication. 98% of our guests, including seniors, now have cell phones and many also are carrying tablets and sending Email while on the road. Also pay phones in 2014 are not easy to find, with almost everyone having a cell phone. So we were not "chastising" you, we were surprised and wanted to find out how you would let us know when you were in our area and ready for check in. Our objective is to be efficient and promptly check you into a clean well maintained unit that hopefully exceeds your expectations. If we didn't I apologize. Peck is a gorgeous older well maintained building, with truly unbelievable views of the ocean and our island. But, if you'd like a larger gym or even one oceanfront you may want to check out our other buildings. However, those have a higher price point.

I didn't stay in this unit specifically. I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful view. Great value for the money. Loved having a full stocked kitchen. Washer & dryer a plus to have in the unit, no running to a Laundromat or dragging dirty clothes home. Very clean. Secure. If I ever go back to Daytona I will stay here again.

The Griswalds

Spent a week at the Peck Plaza unit 22 with 8 total family members of all ages and had an amazing time. There was something for all of us and plenty of room in the condo. The view of the ocean & watching the dolphins every day was everyones favorite. There is so much to entertain you at the Peck but also so much within walking distance that there was always something to explore. We will consider revisiting it again on future vacations. This was our first "real" family vacatio and must say it was unforgettable.
