This apartment rental is located behind Piazza del Pasquino, a lively square attached to Piazza Navona. One of the most sought after neighbourhoods in Rome, it is a fantastic location for your stay in Rome.
This ancient building is from the ‘700 century, with large stairs in a top location: short walk to major museums, Vatican museum, Saint Pieter, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Farnese, Colosseum, Trevi fountain: here lived the great Italian composer Gioacchino Rossini.
Enter the apartment to find a sunny living room with very high wooden ceilings , walls are decorated in white and antiques are combined with modern furniture. On the left you find one of the two double bedrooms with queen bed, a small balcony and its own bathroom with shower and washing machine. All around is full of built-in wardrobe. From the living room, going up on the wooden stairs you arrive on the second double bedroom with old wooden ceilings. From the living room you can enter the double room with a bank bed and wooden platform where once there was a double bed. Then passing from the beautifully tiled with Vietri tiles kitchen, and fully furnished, you end up in the last bedroom, with the second bathroom and a balcony.

I have bought this apartment last year having sold a shop that my mother left me. After my mother passed away I inherited also the tenant of the shop who decided to stop paying the rent. I found very difficult to deal with this tenant so I decided to sell the shop and buy this apartment of which I immediately fall in love. The fact that the Musician Rossini lived in this building made the apartment even more attractive to me. It is very close to where I leave, it is very quite, despite it is 80 meters from Piazza Navona and behind Piazza del Pasquino, it is full of light, cheerful, with beautiful old ceilings and so cosy.
C'est avec beaucoup de retard que nous vous remercions pour l'appartement et l'accueil. Grâce à vous nous avons tous passé de superbes vacances dans votre si belle ville.
We had 7 people, mix of parents and teenagers. The apartment was absolutely perfect. In august, the airconditioning was vital, and kept us very comfortable. The bathrooms (so often the achilles heel in europe) are roomy, with plenty of water pressure. Fiora and her team (thank you Allan!) gave us a relaxing and stress-free experience -- including coordination of cars, and help with heavy bags. The location is right next to Navona, but the hidden secret is the fun warren of streets and cafes and shops just off Navona, and a discotheque for the kids less than a block away. Walkable everywhere. We all hope to come back soon. Grazie for sharing your apartment with us!
Seven of us stayed here, including 3 teenagers, for 5 days. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and cool off during and after a full day of exploring. Mid-day temperatures were about 100 degrees, so we explored in the morning, had lunch, then rested in the A/C apartment (ie: snacks & vino!), then back out again at night. Excellent location for walking everywhere (it's not near a metro stop). We did use Uber a couple of times to get the 7 of us to farther locations. The apartment is on the 4th floor, which was a bit of a drag, but the upside was that it was quiet. We had a couple of hiccups with the language barrier (ex: canceled wrong transport from the airport), but nothing unmanageable. Very nice location for a big family.
We stayed only 3 nights (a shame it wasn't longer) with our family of 5. This apartment was more than big enough - we could easily have fitted more people - each of the children had their own bedroom! So much space. Lovely kitchen and big open living room too. Second bathroom, dishwasher, balcony and laundry facilities were bonuses. Long way up to 4th floor with no lift if you have heavy bags, but with so many sights to see in Rome we were rarely in and out. Very quiet apartment given such a prime location - only moments from Piazza Navona. Easy walk to all major sites - Vatican / Colosseum / Pantheon / Borghese gardens / Trastavere area (great for restaurants). Fiora (and her assistants Barbara and Alan) were wonderful hosts, and organised a driver to take us to the airport. Everything worked like clockwork and apartment was perfectly clean. Thank you for a fantastic stay. Our friends staying nearby (and paying more for a very mediocre apartment) were terribly jealous!
The apartment was super for 6 - 8 people, we missed nothing.
The Water speed was not super, bukt we managed.
We stayed in the apartment last year together with our family, six persons. This year we were on vacation with friends, five persons, 60+, and we had wonderfull days in Rome. Perfect location with walking distanse to all the important sights and a lot of pleasant restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is nice well eguipped.
First time renting an apartment, so did not know what to expect. The owner and staff were excellent to deal with, extremely professional, and no surprises. What a difference from the crowded hotel room experience. When we needed down time after a long day of site seeing, we all had our own space. The apartment was charming and a short walk to anywhere we wanted to go. We will absolutely return here when we return to Rome. We were with our two children 14 and 10....perfect for them.
