About Property Manager
I live this apartment half the time, so it is kept up very well. I am gone more than half the time to my home in Cape May... and so I share it with others who want to come and enjoy NYC at its best.
Property Manager purchased this Apartment in 2005
Why Property Manager chose Upper West Side
The location is convenient to everything. Close to subways, close to shops and restaurants and the world-famous Central Park is just half a block away!
What makes this Apartment unique
With the unique opportunity of a back yard in NYC, I have created a private seating area to get away from the busy streets and activity in NYC. Just steps away is a grocery, drug store, cleaners and everything else you would need to make your stay amazing!
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
The three of us spent a comfortable 6 days in the apartment. We loved being less than three blocks from the closest subway station entrance and the convenience of having grocery stores and restaurants within a short walking distance. The only thing that subtracted from our enjoyment was the lack of natural light in the apartment. The garden and gazebo would have been inviting if the weather had not been so wet. I would not hesitate to book this for future trips to the city. Absolutely loved our walks in Central Park which was less than a block away.
This apartment is perfect! Location can't be beat. Steps away from everything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There is a sleep sofa in the living room - not a futon - so yay! The garden out back is private and lovely. Very safe neighborhood in a beautiful building. It is in the back of the building, so no street noise at all. Rare for NYC. We will definitely look for this one again next time we come to NY!
Great location on upper west side!
We very much enjoyed our visit to Ron's property. The location and neighborhood were great. Ron made a point to reach out to us to make sure we didn't need anything. We would definitely book this apartment again! thanks!!
Great place in a great location!
Really nice place and conveniently Located. Just a short walk to Central Park. Plenty of room and had all the amenities we needed. The garden area was very nice and will be even better as the weather continues to warm. Ron was great to work with and always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.
PERFECT for Fam of 4!
My family of 4 (two kids, 10 and 8) just spent 3 nights in Manhattan at Ron's apartment and it was perfect for us. A small one bedroom with a queen bed, which we gave to the kids so we could be up and about later than they were. We took the queen sized couch pull out. Everything was well-kept and organized. Ron was an excellent host and available for questions during our stay.
The apartment is less than one block from Central Park in a beautiful old brownstone on a well-kept street in a safe neighborhood. Walking distance to Trader Joe's (we picked up groceries our first night), as well as several restaurants. Two blocks from the subway. Many of NYC's tourist attractions are further south on the island, but we didn't find that to be a problem because we just jumped on the subway to get everywhere. We got all the way down to Battery Park to see the Statue of Liberty in probably 20 minutes. The American Museum of Natural History is within walking distance of the apartment, or one subway stop south.
We would stay at Ron's again in a heartbeat! As a family not familiar with the city, hoping to find a clean, safe place to stay for a few nights, we hit the jackpot. I couldn't have asked for anything better in this price range!
Spacious clean and cozy one bedroom with delightful private garden and outdoor seating area.
Perfect location, quiet street, close to all amenities. Ron is very responsive.
