About the property

House, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 8-12) *Rates based on 4-person occupancy*

Columbia River beach rental, complete with full kitchen, full bath, bedroom with Queen bed, adjoining bunkroom with 1 King bed, 1 Queen and 2 twin beds. Separate sleeping "nook" with 2 twins plus a trundle that can be 2 twins or a king, great for kids or a small family who needs more privacy. Sleeps up to 12…perfect for family get-togethers and low-key gatherings. Living room with large TV with Dish Network programming (including premium channels), free Wi-Fi, entertainment center with CD/DVD player and outdoor speakers (but trust us, you won’t be using the living room much).

Outdoor patio furniture, firepit on beach-level deck, and direct access to beach. Large private lawn area, best beach on the river, and use of personal buoy/pulley system for boat or jetski parking. Public boat launch located at Crescent Bar Resort. Great view of Crescent Bar fireworks from 1 mile upriver. Secure gated access to home, plenty of parking.

Well-behaved outdoor dogs allowed, but keep in mind, this is a rural community, so neighborhood dogs roam the beach and lawn areas off-leash. Dogs only allowed indoors in crates (nights, scary weather, rest time, etc). No indoor smoking.

Sorry for all the caveats, but this home is rented at the owner’s discretion, and we’re looking for quality people. This is a private home and owner occupied. If you’re looking for a gorgeous riverfront getaway, completely private 2000 sq ft rental space, with direct water access, in a quiet community, this is the place for you. You will have beautifully appointed indoor and outdoor spaces, firepit for responsible use, a manicured lawn for outdoor play, and PUD waterfront access.

In return, you must respect the property, neighborhood, and PUD beachfront.

Available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend annually.

Base rates are based on four (4) people. Add $25 per additional person/per night, or $150 pp/per week. Maximum occupancy 12 persons (regardless of age). No charge for children under 12 months. Subject to 7.9% WA State tax. 'Day-use' Guests subject to fee.

$350 security/cleaning deposit required upon arrival (cash or credit card accepted).

Deposit equal to 1 night stay required to hold reservation. Fully refundable (minus $50 processing fee) if cancelled at least 30 days in advance.

Paypal, Visa or MC accepted.

About Bri

Bob and Brenda Keeler, along with their 3 year old daughter Bri (me), purchased this home in 1981 and have lived here ever since. After I moved on with my own life, Bob and Brenda decided to realize their dream of spending summers in Alaska where they own an RV Park on the Kenai Peninsula. During their absence, my husband Jim and I manage 3B's Last Resort while also running our small farm, Magler Farms, which provides our family with fresh eggs, meat, berries and nuts. We love to share our bounty with guests and try to provide fresh eggs and any seasonal fruits/veggies we have from the farm along with Bawb's Famous Alaska Smoked Sockeye when it's available!

Bri purchased this house in 1981

What makes this house unique

One of our favorite views out of the picture windows is of the otters playing near the beach, and the nightly sojourn of 2-4 beavers across the cove. Every evening a single beaver heads from left to right to spend his night at the old dock on my neighbor's beach. About 5 minutes later, another follows. It's so serene, and I love to share the experience with guests when they visit!

Had a great time and the property was fantastic

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from a great long weekend and loved it. Bri and her father Bob live upstairs and were fantastic in giving us tips on where to go and what to do. We broke down on the river and Bob was quick to rush out to save us. I was a little nervous when i realized that they lived upstairs after we booked the place for 11 of us, but they were great in showing us Bobs great cars, 1000 year old artifacts and helping us with anything we needed. They seemed to have figured out the balance of being helpful/available and giving us our privacy Loved the huge grass area for games and the house had everything we needed. The tie up for the boat was easy and out of the main current of the river. Just a quick mile long boat ride to the marina in crescent bar. Hope to return soon!

comfortable and convenient!

  • 5 of 5

Just stayed here this past weekend for the John Mayer and Jack Johnson concerts at the gorge. Only about a 30 minute drive! This place was cozy and comfortable, and right on the water! The landlords live right upstairs but are super friendly and easy-going, Bob even took us on a pontoon ride.

Quiet Crescent Bar retreat!

  • 5 of 5

We just got back from this wonderful place! The house is located away from the big resort so it's nice and quiet! The owners are so accommodating and gracious! They worked so hard to make sure we had a wonderful stay. And we really did!!! We will be going back and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks for a great stay!
