'Chestnut Cabin' is located just 4 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway where Mt. Pisgah, at over 5300 feet in elevation, offers hiking on marked trails with many spectacular vistas to view the magnificent Blue Ridge Mountains. Nestled on 2 acreas of land that borders Stoney Fork Creek and the Pisgah National Forest, Chestnut Cabin offers a covered patio with grill and amenities for outdoor dining. To enhance the outdoor dining experience, the covered patio has a ceiling fan, electrical outlets and outdoor furniture. A cast iron chiminea is also provided. Open living area with gas firelogs situated in a rustic rock fireplace offers additional sleeping on a queen-sized sleeper/sofa. The kitchen/dining area (and bathroom) has ceramic flooring while the remainder of the cabin is hardwood. Full bathroom with tub/shower and washer on main level.
