About the owner: My husband and I live in Saskatchewan (1200 miles from Vancouver) Our son lives in Vancouver so we purchased this property to have a place of our own when visiting him. As well as investing in a rental property. We love our condo for its excellent location and beautiful view. We enjoy the Rec center just three blocks away for bridge. We enjoy dining out as well as cooking in and entertaining our friends. Also we love to ride our bikes around Stanley Park. We both golf but my husband is by far the better golfer. We travel and spend two months a year in Palm Springs, California.

Why the Owner Chose Coal Harbour, Vancouver, BC, Canada:
We purchased this property because it is so close to Stanley Park, English Bay, walking and bike trails, large selection of restaurants and shopping.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy riding our bikes, dining at the many unique restaurants, playing bridge at the Rec centre, walking on the various walkways. Our favourite walk is Lost Lagoon, only 3 blocks away with swans, squirrels, ducks, etc.
