This is what you call LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Situated in the North Forest Beach area on Coligny Circle at THE BREAKERS, unit#123, you not only have the ocean beach directly available and can listen to the waves break while in your condo relaxing, you also have right outside your condo, restaurants, Piggly Wiggly, movie theater, and many retail shops. You do not even need a car once you check in to our place! You can cab from the HHI airport and save on the car rental.
The Breakers has an oceanfront pool and kiddie pool surrounded by a large sun deck equipped with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. A boardwalk provides a great place to relax and offers easy access to the beach and ocean. A huge plus is that our unit overlooks the pool and ocean. The picture posted (photo #2) is your pool (separate KIDDY POOL) and ocean view from your private deck. It is easy to watch the kids from the deck for peace of mind and if they forget something, you just drop it over the railing to them!! At night, the palm trees are lit for a stunning view with the ocean beyond.
This condominium has been re-decorated with new furniture, wall coverings, and a remodeled kitchen and bath. Nicely appointed with a comfortable feel. View of the ocean and pool from the living room and kitchen. A privacy door separates the living and sleeping areas. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and is separately enclosed. The bathroom commode has a built-in potty seat for our younger guests. The two 6’ bunk beds will fit older children. Dining area seats two at the table, with two additional breakfast bar stools There is a table and chairs on the balcony so you can eat out there also. Our first floor unit (an easy one flight up, the Breakers does not have elevators) is close to the stairs. The keyless entry is convenient for the whole family.

Weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday. A 50% down-payment is required when reservation is made. Balance due 30 days B/4 check-in. A security deposit of $150.00 is returned after you check out. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON DECK! GUEST IS CHARGED $150.00 TO CLEAN UNIT IF THEY SMOKE IN OR OUTSIDE ON DECK. In accordance with the Condominium Association rules, pets are NOT ALLOWED and parking permits are limited to one car per rental. Must be 25 years or older to rent this unit.

The Coligny area is terrific for the whole family. It is close to the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, bike rentals and miniature golf. Access to this part of the Island was greatly improved with the construction of the by-pass, so it is easy to get off the Island for golf or day trips to Savannah or Charleston.
We've tried to make this a family friendly experience with amenities for the kids and comfort for the parents.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Hilton Head Island, SC. We stayed at # 123 The Breakers and this unit was perfect. The owners talked to us by telephone several times and ensured that the unit was spotless. The unit is small and cozy & it has everything needed for a fabulous vacation experience including a comfortable queen bed. The view is stunning, including the swimming pool, beyond which is the beach and the ocean. We could see people in the distance cycling and walking down the beach and the horizon. We flew, took an Uber taxi in from the airport, and rented bikes at Pedals and didn't miss having a car at all. We were able to shop in the plaza just across the street, at the back of the units, and bike north and south on the beach and bike trails all from this central location. We also loved sitting by the pool and swimming in the heated pool. We would highly recommend # 123 The Breakers and hope to return in the future !!! The Owner Diane was great when i rented the property.The room was nicely decorated and very clean when we got there.Plenty of room for my wife and i and the kitchen was great for what we needed.Nice view from the deck but a little hard to see the ocean due to the trees.Not a bad thing because blocked view of pool.We went during Christmas so pool was a big concern.Plus close to alot of restarants and shopping.Would recommend it to anybody.
We stayed at this lovely condo at the end of Nov 2017. The condo was clean and neat. The bed was very comfy. It was so nice to have the beach just steps away! Diane was a pleasure to rent from and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you!

The Breakers Condominium on Hilton Head Island is located on ocean at the southeast edge of the island. This area is known as Coligny Plaza. Shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment are within easy walking distance of the condo. Bike rentals are nearby. You can leave your car parked at the condo and have everything within walking distance.
