Newly renovated -3 Bedrooms , 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8) on private beach

Relax in a reclining beach chair under palm trees with your favourite drink in hand and loved one by your side viewing your private beach only a few steps away.

Spend evenings enjoying a meal with candle light and watch the cruise ships as they pass on the horizon. Walk the most beautiful 2.5 mile white sand beach holding hands with your honey, often by yourselves.

Take an evening walk on this fantastic beach, under a starry, moonlit sky holding hands with your loved one hearing only the waves lapping the sandy shore and your own voices.

The beach is rock free and so is the water. Kids can safely dig & build sand castles until their hearts are content.

The water is child friendly being shallow with a white sand bottom free of sea grass.

Enjoy a lunch on your private patio with 6 seater patio table and umbrella; grill your own on the gas grill on the patio or 'take-in' as you please.

Further Details: All 3 bedrooms each have a Queen Size bed.Downstairs bedroom has a connecting bathroom.with a bath/shower combination. Upstairs js a full size bthroom with a very large shower stall..

The cottage is on a quiet street away from the main road.

Although I was born in Nassau, Bahamas, my Father was born in Spanish Wells.

As a child I enjoyed virtually every Summer Holiday staying here for weeks at a time with my Grand Mother. Some of my most treasured childhood memories are of these times in Spanish Wells with family and friends.

I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to purchase this beautiful cottage & property that all residents agree is located on the absolute 'best' part of the 'Northside beach'

About The Owner: I am 61 years old and a business owner in partnership with my brother. I enjoy most of all spending time at the cottage relaxing on the beach with a good book. I work very hard and find these little breaks most gratifying.

Having spent so much of my childhood years vacationing here and this being one of the most beautiful locations in The Bahamas, I jumped at the opportunity.

Reading a good book or buried in my Suduko puzzle oblivious to the troubles of the world. Relaxing in a reclining beach chair under the trees and having a afternoon nap.

About Owner

I was born and grew up in Nassau, Bahamas. As a child I spent every summer in Spanish Wells , birthplace of my Father.

Currently I live in Nassau, working with my brother, running our business.

Owner purchased this house in 2009

I bought this cottage because I spent so many happy summer holidays in Spanish Wells and it is located on what is truly the 'best part' of the Northside beach.

Our family spent a wonderful week in this beautiful, clean, roomy beach cottage. Everything was pristine, freshly painted and decorated, and very comfortable for five people. The beach and gorgeous aqua blue ocean are just steps away. We love Spanish Wells and our family has been there numerous times. This is one of the very best houses and locations we've rented. Thanks for the hospitality.

Paradise Found

My family and I have had the good fortune of staying in this beautiful cottage. I can honestly say that some of the best days of my life were spent just relaxing, inhaling the fresh air and watching my children play in the surf. It doesn't get much better that this beautiful cottage and island. We highly recommend that you will not be disappointed.

Gun Point, a place formerly frequented by The Royal Family [U.K] is in close view. Riddley Head entrance point and passage way, via 'world famous' 'Devil's backbone reef' to Beautiful Harbour island is also clearly visible.

Harbour Island, just a short ferry ride away, is home to the 'world famous' pink sand beach and several interntionally recognized gourmet restaurants.
