About the property

House, 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

From this light and bright, classic Gambrel home you'll take a short walk down a quiet lane, to a little beach on Great Pond to start your day. Swim, sail, kayak or enjoy the views of the boats going out to the islands. We are property managers and have several homes available on VRBO in Falmouth to fit almost every interest. If this is not the right home for you, we are sure to have one that works! Rob Daw 508-829-3214

We've been busy buying all new beds and furnishings for our home. The rooms are spacious, light and bright, gleaming hardwoods. The yard is private with perennial gardens. Private setting, nice yard for play in the back. Ask for additional photos, the place is looking great! We made a game room out of the garage with ping pong and pool, and a nice place to hang out. We have kayaks, some bikes and balls, beach chairs and anything else you'll need.

Cook out on the patio on the gas grill, big picnic table and try your hand at watercolor painting on the small canvases provided. This is our family summer home and we are working hard to help you and your family enjoy it this spring, Summer and Fall!

Keywords: What a great, fun and immaculate home! Sunny, spacious and special! On a Great Pond Peninsula, a quiet lane and a quick walk to Great and Perch Ponds, a small beach, tranquil waters, fishing, sailing, kayaking, boating and ocean access to the islands. Quiet and private, nice level yard, patio and game room in the garage! Year after year, you will love it here! Queen, Full and 4 twin beds.

About Rob Daw

We have 2 boys in College and love the Cape so we finally bought a home that we use when we can; you will love it here too!

Rob Daw purchased this house in 2010

Why Rob Daw chose Teaticket

We love Falmouth, there is so much to do! Lots of great beaches, a quick ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, so many great restaurants, shopping, the bike path and so much to explore.

What makes this house unique

We love the quiet and convenience of our neighborhood, Our home is located on the ocean (south) side of Rte. 28 on a quiet lane with views of Great and Perch ponds; when we want to go somewhere we are only minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, art galleries, beaches and so much more.

Guestbook comments from the owner

THE HOME IS JUST SO NICE, BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, LIGHT AND BRIGHT, SPACIOUS YET COZY TOO! WE LOVED THE YARD, YOUR HOME AND ALL THE FUN THAT YOUR THOUGHTFULLNESS ALLOWED. Just fantastic- a perfect home away from home!

  • 5 of 5

A wonderful Cape Cod house, so well equipped with everything we needed. A home away from home in a truly beautiful setting. Bikes and kayaks were an added but very welcome extra. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Exceeded my expectations

  • 5 of 5

When I saw the pictures online I knew I had a great find, but I was even more pleasantly surprised when we arrived. For a Jersey Girl, this house is quintessential Cape Cod, and I loved it. The property is meticulously cared for with lovely landscaping and a beautiful backyard. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. The house has everything in it that you could possibly need - all household supplies, bedding, towels, washer/dryer, (except a dishwasher, which was less missed than I expected, spending maybe 10 min a meal hand washing dishes). The game room / garage is great fun, and stocked with every outdoor sports activity equipment you could imagine. The house is stocked with books, movies, and painting supplies. You feel like you're really somewhere special. As described, it's just a short walk from the water, a beautiful spot, and we went kayaking several times. Overall, it was a great location, just a short drive or walk/bike to Downtown Falmouth and the nearby parks, beaches, trolleys, ferry parking to Martha's Vineyard, etc. We had the opportunity to meet and chat with the property owner who is delightful and very easy to work with. Given our experience, I would recommend him and any of his properties. 110 Teaticket Path was a dream!

Great property!

  • 5 of 5

Rob (the owner) helped us out at the last minute when our other plans fell through, and it was such a great place to stay! Great game room, grill, and we had a great time kayaking in the lake just down the street. Close to the local beaches and cute restaurants in Falmouth, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Host with the most (seriously!)

  • 5 of 5

This is the third time my family and I have stayed at this property. We have tried others- they never live up to the Teaticlet House! (That's what we call it). Plenty of comfortable beds, outside shower, newly remodeled baths, an art room, fun garage to hang out in, kayaks, paddle boat and the list goes on. Rob is always so quick to answer any questions or concerns. You can tell he really loves this house- it's not the house where things (couches, furniture, stuff) goes to die. This is a quality house with quality furnishings and you don't have to be afraid of what you might touch in this house. It's so convenient to everything- beaches, shopping, entertainment, ice cream. We love coming here and will continue to come here in the future!

The Great Gambrel

  • 5 of 5

This is my favorite home; comfortable, clean, interesting, and really well located with a neighborhood beach on Great Pond. New Bathrooms this year in the nautical theme and the yard has been widened and beautiful green grass. Plenty of room, game room to facinate you in the garage, and everything you need for a Falmouth Dream Vacation!

We rented this beautiful house for a week in August. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Rob was great to deal with and we would definitely love to come back. Thank you for sharing your fabulous Cape house with us!
