Lovely week in late June, 2012

  • 5 of 5

Roseanne has a wonderful knack for making you feel at home! The house is clean, cheerful, & has plenty of room to spread out to find some "quiet." Loved the screen porch! The teens enjoyed the ping pong table and the quick bike ride to the beach to use their boogie boards. We loved visiting the Audubon Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary just down the road. The beach at the end of the road was peaceful and scenic. Picnic lunches al fresco on the outdoor patio. A little traffic noise from route 6A, but it was quiet in the PM. We appreciated all the perks; the full kitchen, extra bathrooms, outdoor shower, internet. It was hard to leave when our vacation week was over!

Heaven for the Soul

  • 5 of 5

All of us (five grown ups and two children) thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this charming Cape Cod cottage, located in the middle of Cape Cod. This is a place to forget everything about the daily routine. It was with great delight to meet the owner, Rosanne, who is just wonderful! She made our stay unforgettable. Since we all love to cook, we were enthusiastic about the upscale kitchen equipment. The interior of the beautifully furnished and decorated house conveyed the artistic talent of Rosanne, who not only responded to our questions to our fullest satisfaction, but provided us with valuable information about the neighboring towns and beaches, such as activities for grown ups and children and shops to get the best food. In addition to just having positive energy, Rosanne has a big heart for children. We were all sad, when we had to leave. We appreciated the excellent washer and dryer as well as the Weber Grill and other amenities. Being centrally located, the house allows to get to all the great places on Cape Cod. We will definitely come again! We came as visitors and left as friends.

Thank you so very much for a fantastic time, dear Rosanne!

Wonderful stay!

  • 5 of 5

We had such a nice stay here in this charming home. Great location, close to beaches, Hyannis, and all the unique shops on 6A. The central A/C came in handy as it was very hot when we were here, and the outdoor shower and screened in porch were so nice to have. Beautiful wildlife sanctuary right down the street, the whale watching trip out of Barnstable harbor was great and so easy to get to and the Barnstable market up the street has just about everything you could need. The owner was so nice and very responsive to anything we needed. We were here for two weeks and really enjoyed ourselves!

What a delight

  • 5 of 5

Two of my girlfriends and I were given a trip to Cape Cod by our husbands for our 50th birthdays. This cottage was even better than the pictures!!! We were delighted . . . and Rosanne was an absolutely wonderful hostess. The location was perfect and everything about the cottage was first-rate!! I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

A wonderful stay

  • 5 of 5

Our family of five (children 7, 5 and 1) spent two very happy weeks here. The home was beautifully rennovated and well-appointed, with wonderful furnishings, linens and appliances. We had everthing we needed for a family vacation. The property is larger than it appears in the photos, allowing for lots of play time on the lawn after the beach. The only thing the kids wanted was a swing on the big tree in the corner! The property is also within walking distance of a nature sanctuary: we all enjoyed visiting the animals, chasing butterflies and learning about oyster farming.

Beautiful home, Owner is a joy

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful home. It is exactly as it appears on the photos - very clean, bright and airy. The owner has thought of every detail and has created a wonderful, peaceful home for her guests.

We were so sad to leave but we cannot wait to return next year.
