The perfect floor plan! All 3 updated Bedrooms and the living/dining room are gulf front! This 5th floor unit offers unbelievable views, even from the kitchen. Unit rental includes assigned Beach Cabana (2 Lounge Chairs with Umbrella) when in-season (March - October).

The condominium is close to 2000 square feet. The master bedroom has a king size bed, separate bath & walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds, vanity & walk in closet. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, desk & private gulf front balcony. All bedrooms have a LCD TV with DVD.

The living/dining room is well appointed and has a 46" LCD TV; the dining table seats 6 with the breakfast bar providing seating for 2.

The kitchen has been updated and includes an amazing amount of utensils & appointments. A separate utility room has a full size washer & dryer.

The main balcony is tiled and has updated furniture and comfortably seats 8. The private tiled balcony off the third bedroom has seating for 2.

The unit provides easy access to the beach, swimming pool, and grilling areas.

It is located in the Dunes of Panama , which offers 1500 ft of prime beachfront (plenty of room for your own spot on the beach!). The complex has 3 pools (1 heated in winter), 2 lighted tennis courts, a basketball goal, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, deli/convenience store & fitness room. There is ample parking with allotment of 3 spaces with this rental. Friendly, family atmosphere with on site security ensures enjoyment for all guests.

I grew up & went to school in Atlanta. I currently live in the Atlanta area. I have been coming to PCB since my childhood and have seen the dramatic changes time will present. My wife and I are empty-nesters. I have a small company north of Atlanta. My wife likes to enjoy the beach as much as possible.

Why John chose Panama City Beach Area

Family owned unit since it was originally built in 1986. I had the option to buy the unit in 2007.

What makes this condo unique

Before deciding to buy the unit, my wife & I looked at several alternatives up & down the beach. It was hard to find a unit with all 3 bedrooms with ocean front views & floor to ceiling glass. As well, the property is well managed and the location is ideal and away from the madness of Front Beach Road yet still close to all major attractions & restaurants.

This was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. We were very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this place is and how beautifully decorated it was. The wrap around balcony was fabulous. The view from inside was spectacular. Very modern and updated. Love the floors in the dining/den area. We will be requesting to stay here in this unit next year.

Great Escape!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo and all that it offered! We loved sitting on the back deck every morning and evening. We watched dolphins nearly every morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Not one thing was missing! Bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas had plenty of space for our family to relax without feeling like you're on top of one another. The books in the closet was a nice surprise. Can't say enough great things about E506!! We can't wait to go back and we just got home a few hours ago.

Better than advertised !!!

Loved our stay!! Condo had more than everything we needed and it's absolutely perfect for multiple or large families traveling together. Have stayed in several units at Dunes of Panama and by far this has been the best one! Anytime we travel with another family this will be at the top of our list.

Annual Family Vacation

Our family had a fantastic time at the Dunes. The condo was just wonderful and the view from every room was spectacular. Plenty of space for everyone. The water was perfect and crystal clear as well as incredible sand. Watching dolphins swim by was another special treat. We have spent many years of vacationing on the east coast but everyone agreed that this condo was the BEST! Can't wait to go back next year.

We loved this place!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The pictures perfectly depict the rooms. My sister and I went for some peace and quiet and their was plenty of room between us. The bedroom areas bookend the family areas and there is a door to the master suite. It locks. It was pretty chilly the week we were there but we did spend a day at the beach in the deck chairs which had cushions and an attached table with an umbrella. I wished it had been warmer. I would have been doing my happy dance all the way down to the beach for all day pleasure. Terrific pool area with a gazebo for those who want to be at the pool just not in the sun. Restrooms are adjacent. We ate at some good restaurants: J Michael's, a local favorite, Schooners, twice, live band and beautiful ocean view with complimentary cannon fire at sunset! Liza's for lunch-you have to try the pimiento cheese. We did the boat tour to Shell Island since it was a little chilly to go to the beach. It was kind of corny but we saw all kinds of dolphins on our way back. That was worth every penny. This condo could easily accommodate a large family and the kitchen has everything you could ever need to feed it! I wanted peace and in my own little "wing" I could see the beach from my bed as I read and see the beautiful sunsets. Easy to get to, amenities awesome, restaurants, activities, and shopping close by make this rental a dream. John is easy to talk to and will help you any way he can. You should come on down. Just don't reserve my week.
