Beautiful log home located on Old Hwy 2 in Martin City just 10 miles from west entrance to Glacier Park.Home has three bedrooms,two bathrooms,full kitchen,living room,cedar finished daylight basement with daybed,covered decks on both sides of house,fire pit with picnic area,and lots of room for your cars,boat,camper or whatever toys you might have.I have a garage for parking motorcycles in if you let me know. There is some great riding opportunities in this part of montana.Home is very kid friendly since we have raised our children here,there are video games,big yard and a very cool loft bed in one bedroom.You will be located only four miles from Abbott Bay boat launch on the Hungry Horse resevior which is 53 miles long with plenty of places to get lost in your own little bay.Lake McDonald,Flathead Lake,Whitefish Lake and the north,south and middle fork rivers are all in this area.So come enjoy some Montana hospitality,see you soon

Very comfortable house for a family of 6.

This house was perfect for our family with four teens and a Labrador. There were plenty of rooms/beds to allow us to spread out. The communal areas were open and inviting for all of us to spend time together.

The kids (and dog!) enjoyed the spacious yard, while we spent our time on the wrap around porch.

The kitchen was well stocked, which was important to us as we prepared 3 meals a day there. Rooms are nicely decorated and the log cabin design is wonderful.

Montana log home at the door step of GNP

Clean and comfortable log home. Large living space for our family of 5. Kitchen was well-equipped with all necessities. Plenty of sleeping areas. The deck around the house was very nice. WiFi access was much appreciated. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were very convenient. West entrance of GNP is a short drive. Restaurants, grocery and gas are close as well. Suggestions to the owner - additional fans would be helpful, as the upstairs was very warm at night. A bbq brush and pancake griddle would be nice additions to the kitchen. Overall we would recommend this home. Thank you Joe!

Beautiful house, great location

Our family of 4 and a friend stayed a week here and it was great. Located a few minutes from West Glacier and nearby grocery store in Hungry Horse. The house had everything we needed and Joe, the owner was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen is fully equipped. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner most nights. Much nicer than the pictures show. I hope we can come back again in the near future.
