Enjoy the popular Green Lake as your backyard! Located near the City Library in a nice residential neighborhood, you are only minutes walk to lakeside fun and cafes and shops. It's the best northeast lakeside living in Seattle!

It's your vacation—do as much or as little as you like. Relax with a walk or jog around the flat 2.8 mile paved trails around the lake, ride a bicycle, play tennis or golf, treat yourself to a massage, go for a swim (lake or indoor pool), sail or kayak, enjoy a play at the Bathhouse Theater. Or recharge at restaurants and pubs featuring local and ethnic foods and microbreweries. All within 10-15 minutes leisurely walk from your front door! Otherwise, just hop in your car for a few minutes drive to more fun and shops at Northgate Mall and Thornton Creek Imax Cinemas. You can also zip easily into Downtown Seattle, University of Washington, UW Medical, Microsoft and Boeing. Green Lake is a wonderful oasis in the heart of our Emerald City.

Beautifully decorated and with its own private entrance, our Green Lake garden-level apartment is spacious, approximately 1,200 square feet of well-appointed accommodation featuring two spacious bedroom suites with sitting areas, writing desk and direct access to your private brick patio (400± sq ft, table for four, two adirondack chairs). This can be configured to a one-bedroom arrangement for smaller groups (please inquire). In addition, the open one-level layout boasts a 42-inch high-definition flat screen entertainment, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with professional gas cooktop and oven, granite countertops, mahogany cabinetry, and hardwood floors throughout. It also features high-speed wireless internet access (wi-fi), free access to Netflix movies and a tankless water heating system for extra convenience. We also stock the home with board games for ages 1 to 99—and xBox video gaming system. Moreover, we have a high-chair, play-n-pack, toys (games, legos, balls, books, etc), and tricycle for younger children. Also, dedicated parking for two vehicles as well as ample free street parking. It's a perfect home-away-from-home getaway!

Drive or leave your car behind, you'll find quick, easy freeway access and well-serviced transit to popular Seattle destinations- (bus stop is a block away). By car, about less than 10 minutes to Downtown Seattle, University of Washington, UW Hospital and Medical Center, Seattle Center, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Northgate Mall, Thornton Creek Imax Cinemas, Woodland Park Zoo, Bathhouse Theater and Lake Union. Less than 20 minutes to Boeing in Everett and Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond. And four grocery stores (Safeway, Wholefoods, Puget Sound Co-op and QFC), all within a mile radius for your easy convenience.

Would have been perfect but what's that sound?!?

Nice property with well appointed rooms . Close to downtown Seattle. Cul de sac location. Quiet streets and neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. All good but for strange sounds we'd hear in the evenings throughout our stay coming from the upper unit. Don't want to assume and, certainly, do not mean to be insensitive but sounded like someone with autism?? That's what my wife and I decided to think and conclude so we decided not to bring it up with the owner. If the upper unit is, for the time being, occupied by a long term tenant, then we thought it would be fair to inform future guests. Again, other than the noise from upstairs, this is a property most guests will enjoy and recommend to others, I think.

Beautiful spot in Green Lake! Thoughtfully designed and decorated and wonderful location!

We stayed in the lower suite of the residence. The property is beautifully landscaped and the interior is bright with so many thoughtful touches. The location is in a quiet neighborhood which allows for great parking. At the same time, Green Lake is a wonderful destination and is so close to so many Seattle attractions! Our youngest daughter joined us and the 2 bedroom, 1 bath combination was perfect. The bathroom is situated between the bathrooms, allowing space and both bedrooms have a sitting area. The suite also has fabulous gathering areas with a living space and a dining area. The counter to the kitchen makes a great spot to hangout and talk with the cook or join in conversation in the living area. The kitchen is well-stocked and healthy grocery stores are within walking distance. I'm a bit funny about lighting and while I'd never make lighting a priority when selecting a vacation rental, this really met my wishes! There is natural light in so many places and extensive recessed lighting and lamps for different lighting options. So warm and cozy, you can really unwind in between your adventuring! We are looking for an excuse to come back soon and we will definitely stay again! We really appreciated Trung. His communication was wonderful.

Very comfortable spot in quiet neighborhood close to Green Lake

I enjoyed staying in this two bedroom unit. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit comfortably furnished. The host was very responsive and a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates were even provided. I would definitely stay here again when I need a quiet and convenient spot in Seattle.

Tasteful apt in a perfect location

We used to live in Seattle and now we visit often. We've stayed in vacation rentals and hotels, but this place is our favorite by far. The rooms are lovely, kitchen is beautifully equipped, and everything worked just as it should. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay, Terrific Location!

We had an amazing stay at Green Lake and would highly recommend this property. We have two young children and the apartment suited us perfectly for two weeks. The apartment felt brand new and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything imaginable in making meals. It is a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to some outstanding restaurants and you're minutes to downtown and Seattle Center. Our children slept better than they do at home. This was our first VRBO experience and the owner was very helpful and proactive prior to our stay. Getting into our unit was flawless and the portable crib was all neatly setup, we had no reason to contact them during our stay. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Seattle.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed at Greenlake Place while we were in between renting houses. We booked it for just over a month to start and then fell in love with the space and the area it's located so ended up staying there for 4 months. Trung and his family made us feel so welcome. It made our move beyond easy as everything we needed was in the house so we didn't need to go to our storage unit once. We have a toddler and they even supplied a high chair, along with wonderful toys and a bike (that she fell in love with). Restaurants and parks are in easy walking distance and you can't find a better street to be on if you want to explore Greenlake but feel like you have peace and quiet too. Thanks for having us Trung!
