Ski Monarch/Bike Monarch Crest! Stay in This Historic Cabin!
average rating of 4.7 based on 10 reviews

The cabin was perfect for our family of 7

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for the weekend to ski at Monarch. We wanted to be close to the mountains, be in a space that could comfortably accommodate out family of 7 (3 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents), where we could relax after a day of activities, be warm, prepare our own meals and spend time together---it also needed to be affordable. The cabin had all that.

No internet---we liked that!

Plenty of games and puzzles, room for everyone in the living room/dining room area, near the fireplace. The water was HOT!---the shower was great!

We drank the water right out of the tap---excellent---didn't need to bring drinking water.

We had everything we needed to cook and clean.

We would definitely stay there again.

we had a great weekend in the mountain and this landing spot was perfect! nice place to warm up and relax after a day of snowshoeing! all bedding and kitchen supplies stocked! I had to leave without my cell phone in hand and Donna went WAY above and beyond to find it!!! it really was fun staying in this cabin from the 1800s...our daughter was cracking up at the "old" bathtub :) we will be back!!!

Thanksgiving 2017

  • 5 of 5

Our family took our first Thanksgiving trip away from home this year and stayed in this very quaint, historic cabin. Very comfortable for the six of us along with our two dogs. The property manager, Donna, was very helpful and supplied us with some extras to help make our Thanksgiving meal. We loved the cabin and the area. Would definitely return.

We decided on a trip last minute and I can't thank VRBO & this rental enough for the convenience of booking it and the accommodations were even better. The cottage was clean, comfortable & hall the amenities you needed. I would love to stay there in the middle of a snow fall-and still might. Beds were comfortable, shower was hot, & the kitchen had everything you needed. I would stay here again!
