About the property

2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 4, Large outside patio near swimming pool!

Our luxurious townhome has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and more than 1600 square feet of living space. It features a wonderful view of the fresh water swimming pool. Our outside screened-in patio allows private relaxation in our lush garden setting, right next to the pool. Finished with granite tops and maple cabinets, the brand new kitchen is a delight! The master bedroom is quite large, offering high ceilings with a bit of extra space. Each of the baths has granite tops and modern finishes. The home has five ceiling fans which offer a pleasantly cool environment. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge, if desired.

One of the best features of our townhome is our location. It takes about five minutes to walk to beautiful Grace Bay Beach! (~500 yards). The heart of the Grace Bay tourism area is a half block away! We have everything you need to enjoy this sunny island paradise within walking distance: the beach, grocery store, shops, activities and restaurants! There are small cafes and gourmet restaurants. There are elegant restaurants on the beach. There are ice cream shops and bakeries. We have novelty stores and boutiques. We have tour excursion vendors, bike rental shops and dive shops. Even with everything so close by, we are situated on a private street, Sunshine Crescent, so we retire to our quiet environment.

Please note that we now have more than one townhome available. Please check with us about other availability. Each townhome has the same floorplan and the same amenities. Furnishings are similar in each home. Each faces the pool and has a large screened in patio.

You don’t need to rent a car while staying at Grace Bay Townhomes, but if you want to tour the island a bit, it is a good idea.

We will greet you at the villa just after your plane arrives and personally answer your questions and help get you oriented! Please check with us about your individual needs and desires! Although the calendar is automatically marked when a reservation is made through the Homeaway/VRBO system, we do have past guests for whom we mark the calendar ourselves. Every effort is made to offer early check ins. However, completion of housekeeping depends greatly upon the condition in which the group departing on the same day leaves the villa. Our guests are typically quite respectful and they do leave things as they have found them.

10:00 am Check-out (Housekeeping begins at 9:30 am).

AIR CONDITIONING Estimate: Guests are charged $0.75/kwhr used, a rate which is a based on our historic costs. Our townhome has a sub-meter which measures usage for AC specifically. During the last year, our conservative guests who used AC, set the thermostat on 85 degrees when no one was present in the home and on 78-80 degrees for sleeping. They spent $113 on average, with a range of $50 to $237 for a week. Two guest groups spent $350 for a week. It is important for people to understand the effect of running the air conditioning all the time. The majority of our guests did not use AC at all. Electricity on island is considerably more expensive than on the mainland.

NOTE about CHANGEOVER DAY: We prefer non-Saturday changeover days. Although we will not turn away Saturday arrivals, check in may be a bit later than 3-4 pm, depending upon our day's schedule elsewhere. Our townhomes typically rent for seven night periods, but we are flexible with last minute availabilities. Please contact us directly.

About Dana and Scott

Scott and Dana Jurak have been coming to Provo since 2002 and they have lived here for almost the entire time. They own and operate Crystal Sands Villa, Coconut Beach Villa and Grace Bay Townhomes. Both feel that they have never had a better job experience!

Notes:
The living room has comfortable seating in a great room environment. The inside dining room can seat four comfortably, although most of our guests prefer the outside table. The townhome is strictly NO SMOKING. The developer does not allow smoking outside on the grounds, nor do we allow smoking in our home. For a great vacation experience, Grace Bay Townhomes is located in the heart of the most desired Grace Bay area. Come visit and see for yourself! Great place to stay

This is a great property to stay for a vacation on Provo. Located in the heart of Grace Bay and convenient to all the Island. We had our 2 granddaughters and stayed for 7 nights. Enjoyed the pool and the relaxing time. Condo was as advertised and Dana and Scott were wonderful hosts. Very helpful with local information and suggestions for activities. We would certainly return to this unit.

Relaxing quiet place to stay

Grace Bay townhomes is a small townhome community of about 7 units. It is very well kept, quiet, and relaxing. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and into the town of Grace Bay. There are an assortment of restaurants within walking distance, however, we would recommend renting a car so you can explore the island and many other restaurants. The unit is well equipped, very clean and very safe. The pool area is very pretty and offers a great place to relax. There is also a grill if you choose to cook in. Air conditioning is needed to cool the unit down for sleeping at night however, if you use it wisely it is inexpensive. Dana is a wonderful host and has lots of great information to offer. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Idyllic property centerally located in Grace Bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Grace Bay Town Homes. The property is well maintained and tucked away from the main road. Our unit was clean, modern, and had a screened-in back porch with a view of the swimming pool. The pool area had chairs for lounging and a propane grill. The bedrooms were spacious and all linens were provided including beach towels. Just out our front door was a clearly marked path leading to the beach. The town homes were also in walking distance to a grocery store, numerous restaurants, and the main shopping center in Grace Bay - The Salt Mills. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return.

First Time in TCI - Worth Another Visit

It was well into the evening when we arrived at the unit and the owners were outside awaiting our arrival for check-in. Dana and Scott were very comprehensive in explaining the details of the unit and what we can expect during our stay. It was nice that Dana and Scott took the time to ask each of us our background while also giving an overview of theirs.

Our first impression was the unit was very clean and dishes and linens were plentiful for our needs. The 2 bedroom unit was definitely sufficient for the four of us and there was plenty of space in the 2 floor unit. The property had a shared pool but honestly, the location was so very close to the beach, it wasn't a pool that was used very often. Nevertheless, I did make use of it a couple of times in the late afternoons.

I want to say that we encountered a slight glitch with the tv cable box the first night, but Scott was super and able to provide a short term solution that very night and quickly resolve the issue the next morning. Customer service is an integral part of any vacationer's satisfaction and I believe Dana and Scott were responsive at all times during our stay.

Location, location, location is always a key to a super stay and the unit is located within walking distance of Grace Bay Beach, probably the number 1 beach spot on the island. We were also within walking distance to a supermarket, shopping and restaurants in the area.

We had a very good time during our stay would definitely would recommend this property to friends and family.

Great value in the middle of everything

The condos are large, clean and have a nice pool & outside shower. All units face the pool and have a screened-in porch. It's walking distance to the beach, town, grocery store, etc. You don't need a car for town, but can rent one daily as needed. Avis is next door and Grace Bay Car Rentals will bring the car to you (only 1-block away). You can drink the water in the condo. The washer/dryer is in the unit. You are charged for your own AC use in every rental in T&C, so if you are careful with use, the fee is very low. The surrounding properties are 2x the price and not any nicer. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone! LOCATION, LOCATION!

Spacious townhome in the heart of Grace Bay

We stayed in unit B-2 for 12 days in April 2017. These are amazing units, only minutes by foot from the heart of Grace bay. You can walk to IGA Graceway Gourmet in 4 minutes or grab lunch at Chopsticks in less than a four minute walk. The complex has 7 units in two different buildings. They are all very similar and the floor plan on their website is accurate. The first floor has a complete kitchen with granite countertops and all required utensils and appliances. There is also a dining area and a living room. The room we mostly used was the huge screened in proch, about 8X18. The second floor has two bedrooms, one larger than the other with adjoining bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer as well, which allows you to pack less clothes. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool is large and not too crowded. We usually had it to ourselves during our stay. There is AC both upstairs and downstairs and you can turn on only the upstairs if you want. In TCI, owners usually charge for AC use because of high electricity costs on the island. We only used it as required and charge was more than reasonable. Only downside is the road which is not lit at night. Although other guests did not seem to mind walking to restaurants at night, we were a bit nervous and used our car...even for a short ride. We would definitely go back. Dana the owner was very accommodating and she and her husband live in the complex.
