A gorgeous newly renovated beach duplex rented as a single family home for lots of extra space and privacy! Two homes in one. Everything is brand new and top of the line. Lovely home is on the oceanside of LBI Blvd. Amenities galore!! Wine refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer etc. The large screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails This house enjoys a large fenced in private yard. The upstairs deck makes for watching the sunset an evening delight! Walk to everything!, Marvels's bagel/donut shop, WaWa's, BYOB restaurants, ice cream Parlor, liquor store,etc. Interior and exterior stairs lead to 2nd floor. The home is comfortably furnished allowing two close families to spend time with each other separately Or one Big happy family to enjoy creating those shore memories. Ample parking in driveway and on street. Large backyard with mature pine trees that offer lots of privacy that is completely fenced in.The home has a large outdoor shower and dressing room. Washer and Dryer. Weber Gas grill provided with 2 large picnic tables in private backyard. Have rented here for years. Our house is oceanside. We are a three minute walk to the beautiful beach! Walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, bagel/bakery shop,bike rentals, WAWA's, Liquor/wine shop., etc.

From my first correspondence with Tim until the morning we checked out, everything was positive. Reservations were easy, questions were answered promptly and the house and neighborhood met our families expectations. The description of the house was accurate and we were able to accommodate our multiple families of 4, 2, 2, and 1.
The first floor of the house has recently been upgraded and the second floor has the beach cape feeling. Air conditioning throughout made for comfortable temperatures when needed but our party enjoyed the sea breeze and of course the screened in porch was the biggest hit. There was also a rooftop deck that provided some wonderful star gazing and a.m. sunrises. The backyard had plenty of space for beach equipment storage, outdoor shower, picnic table, outdoor dinning table and chairs and umbrella, and grill.
Approximately ten houses to the beach and three houses from the boulevard (don't let the quick access to the boulevard deter you, the house was so quiet we never heard the street noise at all!). A quaint neighborhood with Wawa for the conveniences, Marvels for the donuts, fritzes liquors, and dinning at Woodies too, Terrace Tavern, and the California Grill. We couldn't forget the ice cream on the corner.
Of course there was quick access by car or foot to the putt putt on 34th Street, or Bay Village in Beach Haven. We also decided to go fishing in the Atlantic and traveled up to Barnegat Light for a fishing charter but there are also charters in Beach Haven too.
The guarded beach was wonderful at the end of our street too. The neighbors were friendly.
Our members of our party have been coming to LBI for 12 years, 30 years, 20 years and 30 years and we all agreed that this house met our beach vacation needs, at a fair price, in a nice neighborhood, and quality owners. We would definitely stay here again.
We booked this house for a "ladies' weekend" (we're probably a little old to call ourselves 'girls', lol). There were 6 of us, and we were all comfortable as soon as we checked in. The house was just as clean as the photos make it look. We found everything about the description of the house in this listing to be 100% accurate, actually.
It's a close walk to the beach..only a couple of blocks. There are many outside spaces to enjoy - the porch off of the kitchen is adorable.
We all loved our stay, and the owner, Tim, was available to answer all questions I had via email and phone - he was very friendly and very responsive.
I'd definitely recommend this charming house to anyone, and I'd love to stay here again!
Great house for two girlfriends and their kids to get away for a four day weekend. Very clean, and perfectly set up for us to spend the weekend together yet have our own space.
