Amazing view. Nice and cozy. Very clean.
Clean and spacious and well cared for. The view cannot be beat.
Started out very cold!
We did enjoy staying at the Cambry. It accommodated our group very well. I was disappointed when we arrived because I had called ahead of time to please have the house heated because we were coming in late. When we arrived the house was 45 degrees and out of propane. It took about an hour for the propane to arrive and another 2 hours to heat the house and the fireplace wouldn't work and had to be repaired before we could use it. We were all wrapped up in blankets to try to keep warm. The next day was much better. It definitely took a four-wheel drive to get up into the driveway because it was icy the whole time. It was very clean and the rooms were nice.
Incredible New Years
The view was amazing! The common area was very open and accommodated our large group! We loved it, and will use it again in the future!
Christmas Time Stay
We rented the cabin for a 3 night stay at Christmas time. It is very nice and the kitchen and rooms were all well furnished. Everything was as represented. When we arrived the internet was not working. We contacted the property managers and they immediately sent someone who fixed the issue. Great service! The internet and TV's all worked great the entire stay. Our kids enjoyed the air hockey and ping pong tables as well as the X-Box. The view is very nice from the cabin and its deck area as it is high on the hillside of the subdivision. But that means if you rent it during the winter as we did, you must have all wheel drive vehicles or four wheel drive vehicles. It snowed while we were there (which was great) and people plowed the roads for the snow in the subdivision but the roads and the driveway to the cabin are steep and slick. Front wheel drive vehicles are not enough. We and our family members had all wheel drive and 4 wheel drive so we were fine. So just keep that in mind if renting during the winter time. Also you should understand that the cabin does not have any yard area so don't plan on kids playing in the yard during your visit. There was adequate parking area in front of the cabin for our group's vehicles but space is limited. We had a great stay and would definitely rent it again! Thanks!
Thanks for choosing the Cambry Cabin for your stay at Bear Lake. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and would definitely rent it again. You're right about the view, I consider the view from this cabin to be the best view on the entire lake. As per the driveway, yes, we tell everyone who is interested in renting the cabin in the winter that four-wheel drive is required in the winter; it's the first thing we go over. There is a parking area at the bottom of the subdivision for those who don't have four-wheel drive and would like to catch a ride up to the cabin with somebody who does have four-wheel drive. As per the yard, yes, it is a small yard, but please keep in mind that the Cambry Cabin comes with access to the outdoor swimming pool and the tennis courts in the summer (from Memorial Day in May to Labor Day in September). Again, we're glad you chose the Cambry Cabin for your Bear Lake vacation, and we hope to see you again soon.
Perfect cabin for a family!
This is the third time we have stayed at the Cambry and we love it! Three levels so there is room for the whole family. It is hard to find a cabin with seven bedrooms and this fits our large family perfectly. The cabin is well maintained and I love that it is fully furnished and I don't have to bring anything to cook from home. We love coming here for Christmas and the view over Bear Lake is gorgeous. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone without reservation.
Thank you for choosing the Cambry Cabin and for taking the time to recommend it to others. Much appreciated.
Wonderful cabin for a family get away.
Cabin surpassed our expectation! Family of 22 fit great in this great cabin. Cabin is well kept and spacious with awesome views of nearby Bear Lake.
We all felt like it was a bargain.
Would recommend this lovely cabin to any and all!
Thanks for your review. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin. We hope to see you again. Thanks again.
