This corner suite located on the 7th floor in a secured building accessed by FOB and only access to your floor. The building has a full gym and patio located on the 4th floor. The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Seymour, in the heart of Yaletown/Downtown and walking distance to Pacific Centre, steps to Robson Street, the Theatres and Clubs. David Lam Park and Seawall are 9 blocks away. Short walk to Yaletown's Trendy cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Starbucks, Blenz's and the local transit is less than1 minute from the front door, the Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station is 2 very short blocks away within a 5 minute walk that will take you to the Airport. It's also an easy stroll to catch the Aquabus to Granville Island for fresh food shopping at the public market. For your comfort the unit also has a portable air conditioning unit.

What makes this condo unique

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM, however, we try our best to accommodate all of our guests requests. $75.00 cleaning fee per stay. Included use of the secured underground garage. Daily and weekly rates are based on 2 persons, additional guests pays $25.00. One guest must be over the age of 25.

Small but had all the facilities one needed. Very clean and tidy. Right downtown.

My wife was ill after we came off the cruise ship. I tried to contact Edgar via email to ask if we could get the condo earlier than 5.00pm (which he had promised to us at our 9.15am arrival). He didn't contact me soon enough and she had to endure a difficult time for several hours (all afternoon until 5pm). It would be nice for a renter to have quicker access to the owner once they have arrived, even though they may not have the keys by then. Who knows what emergency could come up. Having the unit ready for occupancy earlier in the afternoon would have been extremely helpful. Hotels usually allow occupancy after 3.00pm.

The unit is accessed from Seymour Street not Robson Street, so why use the Robson name. Our taxi driver could not locate 822 Robson Street and we had to walk 5 blocks toting suitcases on busy sidewalks. This made us late for meeting Edgar...we were hot and tired and he was annoyed that we were later than we had told him

Fantastic location!

Loved everything about the unit: clean, well-appointed, free parking, nice patio, great view, just goes on. Edgar met us there - so gracious and informative. The stay was a 10. A perfect location, close to pretty much everything.

Property location is perfect, beautiful and quaint condo, great host!

My wife and I traveled to Vancouver for the first time and we could not have been more happy with our stay at this condo! The communication from Edgar our host has been tremendous from the beginning and continued through our check-in. We arrived in Vancouver and contacted Edgar as we weren't sure exactly where to park. Edgar met us within 5 minutes, helped us load our bags and guided us into are personal parking space in the building. He continue to unload our bags and walk us up to the condo. He was very thorough in his tour of the condo as well as spent a lot of time with us pointing out places to go for dining, sightseeing and things to do overall in Vancouver and the surrounding area. This property is very well decorated and has an unbelievable breeze inside and out on the balcony. We have stated many properties from VRBO across the country and this one is a true gem. One of our favorites! I highly recommend this property, you won't be disappointed. A special thank you to Edgar for making our stay a memorable one! We will see you again for sure my friend!

Clean, Well-Equipped Apartment in Great Location

Edgar was by far one of the best hosts we have had the pleasure booking with. He met us at the apartment at our convenience and walked us through all the nearby attractions and points of interests. He gladly answered all our questions and had a map handy to point out places we might want to visit.

The apartment was the perfect size for two people and was conveniently located in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to Yaletown, Gastown, or to the Waterfront. The only time we needed our car was to drive to Kitslano and to Lynn Canyon. Parking was a breeze and was greatly appreciated, even though we rarely used our car.

The apartment had plenty of towels, a washer and dryer with detergent, and a lovely kitchen with everything we needed (although, we went out for all our meals).

Overall, I can't say enough good things about Edgar and the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I ever have the pleasure to visit Vancouver.
