Beautiful and meticulously maintained raised contemporary lagoonfront home with outstanding westward and southern views of the Intercoastal Waterway. On a clear day view the A.C. skyline. In the evenings enjoy the gorgeous sunsets while dining on the large deck. The living room and master bedroom have sliders for easy access to the deck.

The home shares a lagoon with a full service marina. A boat slip for a boat up to 21' in length is not included with the lease, but is available for an extra charge for the rental period.

The inside of the home offers an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, and loft. The house is fully air conditioned. Owner will have full access to his boats moored in the boat slips and garage.

Garage is not included with the lease. Absolutely No Pets are permitted anywhere in or on the property. Absolutely No Smoking permitted in the house. 1 week rental minimum.

Rentals run from Saturday 4:00pm to Saturday 10:00am, No exceptions.

Please inquire about my 4 other Oceanblock /Oceanside Duplex apartments on Long Beach Island ranging in price from $600 to $2795 per week depending on particular property and week desired. Each Duplex apartment sleeps 6 or 8 depending on particular apartment.

About Jay

I am a suburban Philadelphia resident who grew up and still reside on weekends in the Haven Beach Section of Long Beach Island. Currently, I have several rental homes, mostly oceanblock duplexes, but I purchased this due to my love of the bay. For 15 years I rented a boat slip from the owners, until I decided to purchase the home in 2009.
