Our family had a wonderful stay here in your beautiful house. Lori and Bob did everything to make the stay so relaxing. The grandkids had a great time in the pool and they too remarked how beautiful the house is (ages 6, 4 and 2.)
We hope to come again and stay longer.
Thank you for making this mini vacation so wonderful.
We came to this vacation home for a family reunion. We contracted with Lori and Bob based upon the pictures and two reviews of this property. After staying in their home, we are wondering if the previous reviewers stayed in the same property as we did. We were specifically interested in an historic property that also had a pool, which would entertain our three small grandchildren after a day touring and enjoying the beautiful countryside. What we were faced with was a lovely pool, with a deck that hadn't been treated in so many years that the deck had buckled and splintered. We were so worried about the children's safety walking on this old, warped wooden deck. Unfortunately, the condition of the deck carried over to the rest of the property ie: weeds not treated and pulled, peeling wallpaper, musty bathrooms with old, in some cases, rusty fixtures, and most troubling, roaches that were found in the house and in abundance, around the pool. Lori and Bob, at least contract with an exterminator! My children had a wonderful time, because they are children and grandchildren. My husband and I spent a lot of money on a property that is sorely in need of care and improvement and was not worth the money spent.
