The condo is located in a gated complex, with access to multiple heated pools and hot tubs. A central patio/deck area for dining around the pools is available to all guests. FREE WiFi exists in the patio area with code access from the administrator. UNLIMITED calling to the US and Canada from our landline phone. This is a very quiet development, across the street from the beach/ocean, a one minute walk away. We provide pick up and drop off services from the airport for a minimal fee. We can provide a rental vehicle if required. Barbque your supper outside on the deck and dine facing the golf course with sliding glass door access from the kitchen and master bedroom. All beach gear is provided including towels, umbrellas, coolers and portable chairs. MORE PHOTOS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

As property owners in San Jose for 18 years we have had the opportunity to watch many projects come and go. Because of this we chose what we believed to be the best development in San Jose. Well maintained common areas and grounds, secure facilities and excellent neighbours with similar vision were factors in our selection. Great time yet again

Our 2017 stay at the condo was for 6 weeks and it was our 3rd time staying in the condo. As always the condo was spotless on arrival and we had a great time. Coffee in the morning looking over the golf course, easy access to the beach and restaurants and the pool right out the backdoor make the location fantastic. We have booked again for next year

Great place to in San Jose del Cabo

This very clean two bedroom condo was perfect for my wife and I in one bedroom and my mother in the other bedroom. Each bedroom had a bathroom/shower. There is a much larger TV in the living room than in the picture. The full kitchen has everything you would need to eat in every day. We did not go to San Jose del Cabo to watch TV or cook though. The fridge had beer which we drank on arrival...lol, and replaced of course for the next guests. We did the same for the wine in the condo. There were beach chairs and beach umbrellas which we used on two occasions. Very easy access to the beach. When you walk down to the main street take the safe crossing just past the corner store on the right. There is a clean, safe pathway down to the water between the two beach resorts.

We used the outdoor patio every morning and late afternoon before going out for dinner. A large grocery/department store is 15-20 min walk away. Incredible restaurants down on the main resort street and up into the town center. Twenty Litre water jugs at the condo get replaced for 30 pesos outside your door.

Eunice, the owner, was very helpful in every way and easy to get along with. She also helped organize transportation to and from the airport through Carlos. Carlos was also very helpful when he changed our pick-up and drop-off twice by an hour each time. People like Carlos are so deserving of good tips.

We have stayed in the Mayan, the Playa Grande, and the Solmar on previous trips to the Baja. While the condo is not a resort it was a breath of fresh air from staying at one.

Wonderful stay in paradise!

We vacationed here for close to two weeks with our 3-month old and we had the best time! The property is wonderfully situated within the grounds with a large patio overlooking the golf course and easy access to the pool. The condo was clean and very comfortable, will every amenity one could wish for. It is also very close to some delicious restaurants and beach access. The owner is very helpful and organized. The owner organized an airport shuttle service for us which helped make our stay hassle-free. We also rented the SUV which was tremendously convenient and allowed us to explore beaches and towns outside of San Jose. We are looking forward to staying here again and highly recommend this property and its owner.

Everything & More Than We Had Expected!

As this was the very first time we had vacationed by using an online service, we were skeptical that the property was truly as described & that the booking process was secure & dependable. We were pleasantly surprised. The owner was trustworthy, detail oriented & very transparent in every way. The condo was spotless, & well equipped, as described. It's location is ideal for walking to the beach, the market, restaurants & into downtown. The shuttle service arranged by the owner was prompt, professional & hassle-free. The owner's knowledge of local restaurants, attractions & activities was exceptional. We would not hesitate recommending this property to friends & family.

More than we expected

The owner was most accomdating. While we were staying at this property we had an medical emergency. The owner went over and above to help us through this very difficult time. We found the home very clean and welcoming and hope we can stay again there next year if at all possible

The condo and grounds are as besutiful if not more than the pictures show. We highly recommend this property and the owner.
