My husband and I recently spent a week at the Osprey Nest II. Our time there was wonderful. The house is private (no one stayed in Osprey Nest I that week). The beach is just outside the front door and also very private. We would recommend the Osprey Nest II for a relaxing get away. We went snorkeling with Brendel and his crew one day and spent an afternoon in Gillam Bay in front of Osprey Nest getting used to our snorkel equipment. I found was able to dive for conchs right in the bay.
We will be back to Green Turtle Cay.
My husband is in his late 60s and I'm 63, the energy we got from just being on this island was amazing! We made new friends and life long memories.
We had the pleasure of staying there last year. If you like quiet surroundings, uncluttered by crowds or noise, this is the place. Beautiful beach with very few people on it. Great place for the kids to wade and swim in safety. If it survived the hurricane this year, think we'll go back in 2012. Oh, and all of the people on the island are very friendly, unlike what some of the other islands have become..
