Why Limage Nerette chose Cape Cod

We have been coming down the Cape since 1984; renting throughout lower and mid Cape; but we fell in love with Centerville. You will too.

What makes this house unique

Mid Cape is where you want to be. With Hyannis, the metropolis of Cape Cod, just 10 minutes away; you will be on the thick of it all.

Sorry, no weekend rental during the summer months.

Nice sized home in convenient location

  • 5 of 5

Highly recommended to families looking to stay in the Hyannis area! My family stayed here for 1 week this summer. Our party was 2 couples, each with 1 baby. The house was perfect for us. It was plenty big enough for all of us, even with the babies' toys and belongings scattered everywhere. The kitchen is especially large with a big island you can sit around, and there's a basement that serves as a good playroom. Location-wise, it was just a few minute drive (or 30-40 minute walk) to beautiful Craigsville beach, and about a 10 minute drive to downtown Hyannis, where there are tons of shops and restaurants and you can also get the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. It was great having a beach pass included in the price, and the house also had beach chairs and umbrellas you can borrow. The house was nice and clean when we arrived, and once you got the window ACs going, it stayed comfortable despite the heat wave while we were visiting. Enjoy your stay!

Average house in a good location.

  • 3 of 5

This house was appealing to my family and I for many reasons. The biggest reason being the size of the house and the location of the house. If I could I would rate the size and the location 5 stars I would . The house is on a dead end cup-de-sac close to many stores, playgrounds, and it is only a very short car ride to the beach. The deck and backyard were a huge plus as well. The kitchen had everything you would expect and the grill was nice. The house was clean but it definitely had some distinct smells. The basement rooms and the entry way were musty. One suggestion I would make is screen doors. The magnetic screen on to the deck was not in the best condition. After a hot day at the beach my family arrived back at the house looking forward to the outdoor shower but it clearly had not been used in a while and was very dirty. I tried the water to no avail. The owner forgot to mention the pipe was busted. The owners were easy to contact and did get back to me promptly, however I did not care for some of their untimely humor. Upon arrival we found a note with a list of things about the house. Number 1 said "Don't look for the champagne we didn't leave you any." Another number on the list said "Didn't order towels? These towels are not for you they are for the next party." In the past when I have rented houses the owner either left a nice note, were there to greet you, or in fact did you leave you a bottle of wine or champagne. These are the reasons why I would rate this house as average.

Very nice house

  • 4 of 5

It was the perfect house for our family reunion. Enough bedrooms for those of us who stayed, and plenty of extra space for the local family to come and visit for awhile. Would definitely rent again.

House is spacious but needs work

  • 2 of 5

The Basement was damp and smelly, the bathtubs were clogged. The house was also a bit dirty as the cleaning is done by family members. We liked the kitchen and the location of this house...close to Hyannis and local beaches.

Owner's Response: The house is fitted with 6 window air conditioners. That may not be ideal, but they cool the house. We realize that the lower level needs better air circulation and have plan to remove some the walls from there this fall. This is a second home for us and it does not get used much. We work tirelessly to satisfy our summer guests, that is partly why clean it ourselves; we use to rent houses cleaned by others and was always disappointed. A cleaned house is our pride and joy. The house has 3 baths. We did find one draining slowly and the drain plug removed. We fixed it right away.

House was nice and modern, very stuffy and needs better air conditioning for summer rental.

  • 4 of 5

The house was nice. We were pretty well only there to sleep and didn't spend much tie at the house. There were a few house keeping issues that I wouldn't have expected at the price they are charging but better then staying in a hotel.
