This is a nice 3/2 east corner condo with a very large living area.

The condo has a north and south balcony. The north balcony is off of the master bedroom overlooking the tennis courts. The living room balcony faces the gulf, beach and pool.

Only the east corner 3/2 condos have a good view of the pool...again, only the east corner 3/2 condos have a good view of the pool. The west corner 3/2 condos do not.

All photos were taken from the condo. This is a true Beachside condo with extras. You are right on the beach. No walks across the road or for 100 yards.

This condo is close to everything, food stores (several) resturants, clubs and amusement.

CAUTION - BIG DIFFERENCE of a condo that is rental only vs one that an owner uses and takes care of

The condo is a nice size , close to the beach, and the owner was responsive but that's about it. The condo wasn't clean upon arrival and the sheets weren't changed from previous guests (hairs and stains). I emailed the owner and a cleaning lady called & came to wipe the kitchen & bathroom down but no linens were changed & no additional linens were given. I had to go buy washcloths - there were only 5 washcloths & 8 towels for a condo that sleeps 8. The oven didn't work above 260 degrees, so we had to eat out every night (which wasn't planned and very expensive plus we bought groceries to cook). There wasn't enough hot water for 4 people to take a shower (we had 6 people) there is a tiny water heater in the closet - not standard size. There are a few holes in the walls incl the master shower where the nozzles are (which is creepy), ancient TV's in the guest bedrooms, broken switch plates thru out and the glasses in the cabinets were filthy, sticky (we bought plastic). This is not the type of rental I am used to but I have never been to a condo that was used as a rental only. Just be aware there is a huge difference. This was a basic place to sleep. Also, I sent an additional check on Sept 28 because we were arriving a day early (Oct 7). The owner says he didn't receive that last check (he received the first two) & took it out of the deposit money, so now I have to spend more money to stop payment on a check. Just putting an honest review out there. I have been in condos for 20+ years and never once complained. I have reasonable expectations and understand that you can't control previous renters. I have pictures that I sent to the owner and many more on my phone. Not sure who gave the excellent review before mine... I find it hard to believe it went this bad so quickly.

Owner's Response: THE GUEST ORIGINALLY RENTED THE CONDO FOR 7 NIGHTS AND SENT THE DEPOSIT AND RENTAL. THEY THEN REQUESTED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PAYMENT FOR THE ADDITIONAL NIGHT PRIOR TO THERE ARRIVAL. ON THE EVENING THEY ARRIVED, I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL STATING THAT THERE WERE ONLY 5 WASH CLOTHES AND 8 TOWELS. THERE WERE 6 IN THERE PARTY. THE CONDO SLEEP 8 AND USUALLY HAS 8 FACE CLOTHS AND TOWELS. THERE IS A WASHER AND DRIER IN THE CONDO. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED HOUSEKEEPING AND HAD THEM GO TO THE CONDO, WHICH THEY DID. THEY INDICATED THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK. I HEARD NO FURTHER COMPLAINTS UNTILL I READ THIS REVIEW. THERE WAS NO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE OVEN (IT DOES WORK) OR HOLES IN THE WALLS (I LOOKED FOR THEM, NOT THERE) AND THE CONDO HAS A 50 GAL HOT WATER TANK (NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS FROM GUEST. I CANNOT SAY WHAT HAPPENED CONCERNING THE GLASSES. THERE IS A DISHWASHER IN THE CONDO. IF HOUSECLEANING FAILED, I'M VERY SORRY. IT MAY HAVE BEEN PUT AWAY BY PRIOR GUEST. I'M STILL SORRY. MANY TIMES THE REVIEW HAS LITTLE TO DO WITH THE CONDITION OF THE CONDO. THE ISSUE HERE WAS I NEVER RECEIVED THE PAYMENT FOR THE EXTRA NIGHT. I OFFERED TO SEND THE DEPOSIT, LESS THE NIGHT RENTAL. IF THE CHECK WOULD ARRIVE, I WOULD SEND THE REMAINDER OF THE DEPOSIT. I OFFERED TO HOLD THE DEPOSIT UNTIL I RECEIVED THE CHECK. NEITHER WAS ACCEPTABLE TO HER. I WAS NOT GOING TO SEND BACK THE FULL DEPOSIT WITHOUT THE NIGHT RENTAL, WHICH I WOULD STILL BE WAITING FOR. I'M NOT SAYING SHE NEVER SENT THE PAYMENT, ONLY THAT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. IT IS AMAZING THAT THEY WOULD EAT OUT EVERY NIGHT AND NOT REPORT THAT THE OVEN WAS NOT WORKING. THEY NEW I WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT. MIKE

Loved it all! The condo was wonderful! The owner was great! Quick to answer and very easy to talk to. Parking passes in room and everything. Loved the view and the location. I recommend this condo to everyone. My family enjoyed it immensely!!
