This is a nice-size one bedroom unit that was quite comfortable. Parking was close to the unit. The kitchen and washer/dryer were extensively used and the number of utensils was adequate. The bedroom area was spacious, with a large closet. The bed could have been more comfortable but that may have been a personal preference.
The highway in front of the units is quite busy but we were in a nice location. We would certainly stay there again.
Thanks for taking the time to write a review. It was nice having you. Hope to see you again. Darlene
Very nice! Clean and well equipped.

Thank you Judy for taking the time to write a review. Enjoyed having you and Jeff and hope to see you again. Darlene
Great location in Tucson
We rented from Darlene in March 2017. She was very accommodating and the condo layout is very nice. Being close to shopping and having neighborhoods to walk in was great. This location for hiking is also very good. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks Darlene !!
Thanks Debra. I am glad that you like Tucson so much that you are going to become property owners. Referrals would be welcome. Darlene
Excellent location in the Santa Catalina foothills
This condo was an excellent location, near all amenities, and in a beautiful location. The property and community was extremely clean and safe. Even though the condo is close to primary roadways, it is quiet and peaceful. All amenities were provided, included washer and dryer. The community has a pool and workout facilities.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. It is very helpful to me. Darlene
A wonderful place to stay
This place was so nice and neat. If your looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy all that Arizona has to offer, this definitely the place. The was very nice and I had everything I needed to make myself at home. I was so comfortable there that I didn't want to leave. I will definitely stay there again. By the way, there are very nice fine dining within walking distance from the condo which is a plus. Thanks Darlene for everything and you truly have a gem of a place there in Arizona.
Thanks Linda. It was a pleasure having you as a tenant. Darlene
Relaxing in the Foothills
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in an ideal location for walking, hiking, shopping and is close to several nice parks, i.e.. Tohono Chul, Sabino Canyon and the Rilito River trail. There are a number of nice restaurants, stores and a pharmacy in easy walking distance. The pool & hot tub were nice, and were never crowded. The patio offered some sun and some shade in the morning, but was shady before noon. The view of the city lights was beautiful at night. Darlene was a thoughtful, and considerate host. We stayed for one month, but would have been happy to be there longer.
Starting mid-January, extending into February, the Tucson Gem Show is in town. In February, the Tucson Rodeo comes to town. Golf comes to town in March. Hiking, cycling, moutain climbing and visiting places such as Tombstone, Bisbee, Sonoita Wine Country, Tubac, Sabino Canyon, Madera Canyon, Ramsey Canyon, the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, Kartchner Caverns, & Catalina State Park are some the many places of interest. Catalina State Park and Ramsey Canyon are known for birdwatching. These are all one day trips. Quiet, away from traffic noise.
