Our charming 3 bedroom, 2bathroom home is located across the street from Bromley
It is minutes away from the Manchester outlets , Stratton, Magic Mountain, snow mobiling, sleigh riding, hiking, and more. Okemo, Killington, and Mt. Snow are all 45 minutes or less.
Our home has an open floor plan with a sunken living room and a loft space. Sleeping includes a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, one set of bunks with a twin bed in the third, and two twins in the loft. It can sleep a total of 9 people comfortably.

About Walter Hinz
Our dream has always been to own a ski chalet. Our children learned how to ride and ski on Bromley Mt. We have updated our home to reflect us and our love for Vermont. We hope visitors enjoy the area and our home as much as we do.

Perfect Chalet for my family!
My family stayed here over Martin Luther King weekend and had a perfect weekend away! The owner could not have been more attentive and polite. The home was true to its listing; clean, well appointed, and the layout was great. We ate in every night and found the kitchen to have all of the necessary amenities. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax in front of the fire place after a long day on the mountain. We had great pizza Sunday night from J.J. Hapgoods in Peru and Bromley Market was right down the road for a few forgotten items. My family has been visiting Bromley since the early 70's and this home is so convenient. I would highly recommend it and we are already planning our next trip.

Prices may be negotiable depending on dates. The rates quoted are for winter and fall months (Dec - March). Assume 50% discount for spring and summer. The refundable security deposit will be returned in approximately 5 business days (provided there is no damage and home instructions are followed). CHECK-IN Time/Day @2 PM. CHECK-OUT Time/Day @10 AM. In the event of a cancellation it is necessary to notify owner as soon as possible and attempts will be made to re-rent your accommodation. This agreement shall not be assigned or the premises sublet without written consent of Landlord. Before vacating, I (we) will lightly clean the premises, which includes emptying all garbage into the outside cans. Green Winhall Township Plastic Bags for garbage and clear bags for recycling are required by county law. Failure to follow these rules may lead to forfeit of your deposit. I (we) agree maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found. Furniture should not be re-arranged. I (we) also agree to replace or pay for losses, breakage or damage should such occur. LANDLORD/OWNER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF TENANTS PERSONAL PROPERTY.
