To save your sanity, look no further than this ideally situated LA oasis, located in a prime West Los Angeles neighborhood adjacent to Beverly Hills, three miles from UCLA, a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Santa Monica and Venice, and a 15-minute drive from Hollywood.
For both short and long-term stays, this 2nd floor apartment in a triplex building offers everything you need to feel at home. The recently remodeled kitchen is packed full of all the gadgets, dishes and cookware you need to whip up a meal at the end of the day, and you’ll feel spoiled doing it, thanks to the granite countertops and floors, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.
The living and dining area are bright and airy, with modern furnishings, high ceilings, hardwood flooring, and two sets of sliding glass doors that lead to two separate private balconies with outdoor seating.
Satellite TV and a 50” flat-screen in the living room are perfect for a cozy evening in. Browse the Internet using the free WiFi, too. To accommodate guests, the sofa is now an L shaped sectional (replacing the uncomfortable sofa bed). We added two twin memory foam folding mattresses.
Hardwood floors carry into the master bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed overlaid with a memory foam mattress topper. An attached bathroom features more granite for the floors and vanity, and a glass vessel sink. All linens are provided for you.
All in all, this apartment sleeps up to four comfortably.
Another worry you can dodge? Parking. One garage parking spot comes with the rental. (We previously charged extra for the spot, but it's now included). There are also street spots for free, though they may require a bit of searching.
NEW - Expo metro line - Sepulveda Station is just half mile away - 9 minute walk from this apartment.

This triplex is located right near the 10 & 405 interchange. Being less than 5 miles from the beaches of Santa Monica and yet only 3 miles from UCLA, 2.5 miles from Century City and Beverly Hills and walking distance to the Westside Pavilion - the location is ideal.
What makes this Apartment unique
What I love about this unit is the sweeping high ceilings and spacious interior! Close freeway access, and restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance (unusual for LA), plus - the expo line is now open! (Sepulveda station), WALK to Sepulveda station (6 blocks / 1/2 mile away.

Loved everything about it. The 2 balconies had a nice view, the condo was spacious enough for the 3 of us, amenities were there when we needed it.

We spent 2 days at the apartment in our recent trip to LA. The apartment was nice and clean and up to our expectations. The best part was the location! Many of the top attractions were just a few minutes away! The host was very responsive to our emails. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting LA.
I was not in LA for pleasure. My daughter is fighting brain cancer. The home she is staying in happen to be on Westwood Blvd, only a couple blocks away. This made the trip very easy to spend time with her. Traffic is crazy in LA. I was raised in Mar Vista, Webster jr. hi, Venice High. Wow things have changed. The apt. was very clean and quiet, even next to the freeway. I would stay again in this unit.
Condo is a perfect location in West Los Angeles for visiting the Getty. Very convenient to the freeways and even though close to the freeway it is quiet. Furnished adequate as were the kitchen and bath. Bed is very comfortable. “Dead cars” should be addressed as parking is a problem even with the garage which is only suitable for a small car. We were fortunate that our rental did fit on the driveway. Will definitely try to rent again for next trip to the LA area

NO SMOKING; NO PETS; NO PARTIES Cancellation Policy: Refund less fees up until 30 days prior to arrival. Fees may include credit card fees / PayPal fees / Homeaway / VBRO fees depending upon how and where you booked your reservation. Since this is not a hotel & I don't have other rooms to take the place of a vacancy, it's a hardship for me if someone cancels at the last minute.
