Tucked away on a scenic peninsula in a private gated community, Paradise Estate is your ultimate getaway on beautiful Lake Travis.

This impressive 6,850-square-foot custom home features 5 spacious bedrooms, 5 luxurious bathrooms, and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 16 guests.

Inside, you’ll find a beautifully furnished interior perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Challenge your friends to a game of pool in the deluxe game room with a wet bar and large seating area, or enjoy a movie night with ample space for everyone.

Step outside onto the expansive covered balcony, complete with a Viking gas grill and outdoor bar, perfect for lakeside dining and sunset cocktails. Downstairs, unwind beside the sparkling pool and spa or gather around the cozy fire pit. For added charm, there’s also a cabana with indoor and outdoor showers.

Boating enthusiasts will love the private day dock — please contact the Reservation Manager if you're bringing a boat to confirm current water levels.

Additional Property Details

Internet Access:
The home is equipped with a mesh Wi-Fi network. Please note, due to our rural location and the nature of mesh systems, connectivity may lag if multiple guests are streaming at once. Not ideal for virtual meetings or online gaming.

Water Source:
Paradise Estate uses filtered well water with a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink (installed 2024) and a new water softener. Although the water is safe to drink, some guests prefer to bring bottled water and ice. Occasionally, a mild odor may occur after periods of non-occupancy, but it typically resolves within minutes of running the taps.

Enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife of the Texas Hill Country! Please note rideshare services may be limited in this area.

Important Notices

Taxes:
VRBO will collect required state taxes with your initial booking. An additional local occupancy tax of 6% (on rent and housekeeping) will be invoiced separately after booking, as VRBO is unable to collect it directly.

Lease Agreement:
A signed lease agreement is required. You will receive it via email shortly after submitting your reservation request (please check your spam/junk folder if not received). Kindly return the completed agreement within 24 hours to secure your reservation. Delayed returns may result in cancellation per policy.

Guest Policies:

No weddings or large gatherings over 16 people.

Primary renter must be at least 35 years old.

No parties dominated by guests under 35 years of age.

Day events involving more than 16 people are not permitted.

All guests must speak with the Reservation Manager prior to booking.
