All Around Great

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for two nights but would have loved to stay forever. Two couples and another friend slept comfortably. We were able to drive into bend and park at the house and not drive again until we left on Sunday. We walked up and down Galveston and Newport avenues, into downtown Bend multiple times, through the park, and all the way along the river to the Old Mill for Bend Brewfest. The back yard was wonderfully kept with a table and chairs and we spent a good part of one day just sitting outside. Washer and dryer in the basement was awesome for hiking clothes, and the provided sound system was great for ambiance.

Comfortable stay in great location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for 3 nights but wished we could've stayed longer. This home was as advertised and more. Everything appeared updated in terms of comfort and furnishings. The curb appeal was one of the nicest on the street. The home was plenty roomy for our family of 4. It was very close to the downtown (walking or riding a few blocks). We accessed bike trails within a few blocks as well. We enjoyed a day trip to the volcanic monument area just south of town. Also visited the Goodys ice cream factory in town, fun for kids. Endless outdoor activities at your fingertips. The owner was always easy to contact and immediately responsive. We rented extra bikes and a child's carrier from a local place that delivered them for free (Life Cycle Bikes). They were great too.

Lovely Garden, Comfortable, Clean, Walk and Bike Everywhere

  • 5 of 5

Loved being able to walk or bike to Drake Park, downtown, 10 Barrels Brew Pub, resale store, market etc. Lovely garden to sit in and read, write, draw and paint. Comfortable beds and bedding. Clean. Perfect sized kitchen with everything we needed. Porch and porch swing for looking out on quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer in the basement are topnotch and most helpful with the sweaty clothes we had from our outings. Great audio and video system with big screen TV and wireless internet was a plus during the World Cup!

Perfect in every way!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed four nights and enjoyed every one! The place was perfect for us in location and we walked to everything! Even the Brewfest at the Amphitheater. The house is cutely decorated and comfortable. It stays amazingly cool in the hot weather without an air conditioner. It has all the tech stuff you want (that you probably won't use!). We had an issue with the wifi and the owner was super responsive in helping us figure it out. It turned out it was probably the internet provider and it came back on by itself. The yard is very private. The W and D was a bonus for us since we had just come from a backpack trip. We ate at the Victorian Cafe (breakfast), 10 Barrel Brewing (dinner and beer), Mother's Juice Bar, The Lot (food cart pod with beer), and filled a growler at Growler Phil's. All within 2-3 blocks of the house. And, we walked downtown for other meals.

I highly recommend this place!

Very clean & charming value

  • 5 of 5

Loved it being 3 blocks to 10 Barrel brewing and close to downtown. Tons of charm and great mix of new/updated mixed shabby chic or old world charm. We felt the house was a great value and had everything we were looking for. Thank you to the owners!

PERFECTION!

  • 5 of 5

We (two adults and three children ages 7,4, and 2) stayed a full week at Inn Wildness this June and LOVED it! We pulled up to a perfectly manicured lawn and bright red poppies to greet us. The home was very clean and well organized/equipped. The beds were comfortable and the there were plenty of new/clean towels in the bathroom. We are very healthy eaters so we did a lot of our eating at the cottage. I was impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was! There were plenty of bowes, sharp knives, and all the cooking utensils I needed to prepare healthy meals at home. Laura (the owner) was always very quick to respond to my texts when I had a quick question such as "where can we get a good cup of coffee within walking distance?" We made many wonderful family memories at Inn Wildness and We would for sure come back again! I give this adorable cottage 5 stars!
