Our family owned condo is located in Redington Shores, on a barrier island directly on the beach of the Gulf on Mexico. Our unit faces the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. From the balcony you may enjoy a spectacular unobstructed view of the Gulf and the white sandy beaches. Enjoy the start to your day watching the world wake up with a cup of coffee on the balcony and watch the close of the day from the balcony with the gorgeous Florida sunsets.
The condo, #304, is a spacious 1550 sq. feet of living space comfortably sleeping up to 10 persons. It features three large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom suite is located in the front if the condo. It includes a king sized bed, a large picture window overlooking the beach and patio doors going directly to the balcony. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds. And the third bedroom has just had a bed size upgrade to king beds! The condo now has 3 king beds, the only unit in the building to have this comfort. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have new furniture as of October 2016. Two of the bedrooms have large closets, the middle bedroom was enlarged making the closet smaller than the other bedrooms, an alarm clock, and new mounted 32' televisions with built in DVD players. The full baths have a tub with shower, new vanities with granite counter tops.
Our condo has been newly remodeled as of the start of 2011. Our newly enlarged kitchen is stocked for your use with new dishes and pots and pans The kitchen is completely inventoried every fall and worn out items are replaced regularly. It has beautiful new maple cabinets, granite counter top and a new dishwasher (02/17). A new electric range and refrigerator completed the kitchen upgrade in October 2013. The dining table seats six. The dining area flows to the living area with new, as of 10/16, living room furniture for comfortable seating where you can enjoy watching a 42 inch television with DVD player.
Condo does not include a sleeper sofa. Please contact office if a crib is needed. We now have a booster seat and pack-n-play for our guests use if needed.
All necessary linens and towels are supplied for your use. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on each floor. ** There is no washer and dryer within the unit.**
Anglers Cove is located at 17450 Gulf Boulevard next to Redington Shores Long Fishing Pier. You are only minutes away from golfing, mini golfing, shopping and great dining to suit every palette. There are places to eat within walking distance.
No pets please.
We are a non- smoking unit. Smoking allowed on Balcony only.
Wireless internet now available. Please let the office know you need access and for the code.
Two reserved parking spaces are provided, passes are supplied by the office.
Additional Rental Information:
$300 Deposit reserves the dates with 1/2 of balance due 30 days prior to arrival, remaining due on arrival.
Rentals are usually Saturday to Saturday, others are considered.
Additional 13% Florida sales tax and $160 cleaning fee required.
We accept Visa, Discover and MasterCard and American Express for the deposit.
PLEASE NOTE recent change. Check out time is now 10:00 am unless otherwise arranged with office. Office has reserved the right to charge an additional fee for late departures not previously arranged.

We are a family owned condo. Brothers Jeff and Mark Milliren and their spouses Dorothy (Jeff) and Karen (Mark). Between us are 4 daughters and 12 grandchildren. They keep us busy!

Why Owner chose Saint Petersburg
We chose this area to purchase our home away from home because we love Florida! We are in the deep freeze 6 months of the year and love to warm up in the beautiful Florida sunshine. Redington Shores is only 40 minutes from the Tampa airport, about 45 minutes to Busch Gardens and about 2 - 2 1/2 hours to Orlando and Disney World. There are miles of beaches here to warm our cold toes and many great restaurants so we never go hungry.
What makes this Condo unique
The beautiful white beach and the Gulf of Mexico are right outside the doors of our building. There is a trolley for public transport that can take you up and down Gulf Blvd. to shopping at John's Pass all the way down to Clearwater beach. There are scooters for rent just down the street so you can tour the area at your leisure. And lots of water for para-sailing, swimming and fishing. Redington Shores long Fishing Pier is right next door!

This condo was just perfect. There were 6 adults and we each had our own room/bathroom. Tons of space. Right on the beach. We had everything we needed. Office staff was superb. Will for sure comeback again!!! Thank you

We had 7 adults and 2 kids and we were all very comfortable. The condo was clean and updated. I loved that the bedrooms are secluded and each have its own bathroom. There's a door to the hallway to 2 bedrooms for sound control. There was a closet full of activities, games, books, toys, chairs, etc. The pool and hot tub were clean and nicely heated. Beach was large and clean. We will definitely book again in the future. Thanks for the great stay!!
Thank you! We try to do a little something every time we are there to keep it fresh and up to date for our guests. And we certainly love having repeat guests! We are constantly looking for ways to improve and keep our guests comfortable. Just like home, only with a gulf view.
Clean, comfortable, wonderful condo
Great place! Would definitely stay again. Communal toy box for beach toys was amazing for our kids. Loved the coffee shop across the street too!
Condo is very clean and roomy!
We stayed for a girls weekend, 4day/3nights. The condo was very roomy and clean. There were 9 of us and we were all comfortable the entire time. The condo has a good location; not to far from local attractions - walking or Uber. The view was spectacular!! We didn't get to cook at all, but I noticed there was everything you needed to do so. We had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend the stay!!
Unit #304 - Great condo!
Condo could not have been better. Excellent check-in...”here are your keys, enjoy your stay at Angler’s Cove”. Condo was so spacious for our seven ladies beach trip. Most spac we hav ver had. Gulf front view with good size balcny. Granite countertops, great appliances. Very clean as well.
Had phone access to on-site office or owner as well if we had questions or needed anything. Pool area was clean and good pool temp. Large hot tub, convenient bathrooms in pool area. Nice beach area which is raked daily. We had parking for two vehicles.
From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Free shuttle plus mandatory tip...just call and get picked up at Angler’s Cove. Highly recommend Unit 304.
