Tucked away between farmland and Long Island Sound, this very clean, single story ranch is located in a very quiet private community with a magnificent private beach & tennis next to a Golf Club open to the public.
The pristine house sits on a half-acre of manicured front yard and a large fenced in backyard and deck to enjoy your own privacy.
Within the community you are a 3 minute drive to the expansive private sound-front beach with its beautiful vistas of the rocky coastline, Long Island Sound and Connecticut. From the beach you can watch the sunset in the distant west over the water. Also enjoy fishing and some of the best pebble collecting anywhere.
For the tennis player there are courts available for free within the community. There is also a basketball hoop and Bocce pit.
You can literally walk onto the Island’s End Golf Club from the private community. It is a semi-private 6,700 yard course. The 16th hole has been named among the top 18 holes on Long Island being on a bluff overlooking Long Island Sound.
Also nearby are two bus stops for the Hampton Jitney.
The seaport village of Greenport is a 5 minute drive with harbor front bars, restaurants, music, park, marina, carousel & clam bars. Just off the water are more restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, movie theatre, brewery and ice cream shops. On your way home, stop by Alice’s to pick up your fresh seafood and Sep’s farm stand for locally grown produce. Also nearby is Lavender By The Bay lavender farm.
Designed with an open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan, the house has three bedrooms (one queen, one double and two twins) and 2 full bathrooms. The house has central AC as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining room. It is tastefully decorated without too much fuss.
The kitchen is a very well equipped cook’s dream with beautiful crockery, cutlery and glassware to complement your dinner parties. All linens are well above standard. This is not a commercial rental. Apart from the summer months, this is our personal weekender for the rest of the year. Wireless internet, cable, & cd player also included.

A Comfortable Home By The Beach
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home close to the beach and much else was most comfortable for a two week stay by 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 11). Everything was provided, even quality beach chairs. The kitchen was well-equiped,, and allowed us to prepare fine dinners. The home is 10 minutes to the wonderful village of Greenport, and but 8 miles to Orient Beach (if you want a change from the beach a short walk from the home). Lastly, it has been a pleasure to meet and receive guidance from the owner, Susan Bunda. We would recommend this home with the highest enthusiasm.
Fabulous accommodations in a quiet community
A great place to spend a summer vacation. The house was immaculate, spacious, organized and nicely decorated. The kitchen contained all the amenities needed to prepare either a simple breakfast or a gourmet meal.
The house was perfectly located - a 5 minute walk to the tennis courts or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Close proximity to Greenport, wineries and restaurants.
The homeowner was very accommodating and easy to reach either by phone or e-mail.
Delightful House and Location
House and yard are simply lovely and very well maintained. Easy walk to the beach and tennis courts. Previous reviewers have accurately described how charming the place is and how easy the owners are to deal with. We will most certainly be returning to this rental in the future.
A wonderful house next to the Golf
The house was lovely and cheerfully decapitated with contemporary arts. There were plenty of quality linens, cooking pats and pans. We enjoyed the fire place in the living room. The kitchen was so good equiped and it was a pleasure to prepare a meal. The owner were 'on the ball'. The location of the house is great, silent and not far away from Greenport. We had just some minutes to go to the golf course. We had a wonderful time and we would recommend this house to our friends. Katharina, Bernard and Sayoko
Perfect North Fork getaway
My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for a week in July with out 8 month old and dog and absolutely loved it. The house had everything we needed and made our first family vacation stress free. The beach was a 15 minute walk with a stroller & the back yard fenced for the dog, so a win win all around. The weather didn't cooperate during our stay, making the home that much more important and this one was accommodating in every way. Mark and Susan were a great help and answered all of our questions. We can't wait to go back and make this an annual visit!
A Beautiful Home in Tranquil Surroundings
We were five adults and a dog looking for a quiet weekend away from the city. This home exceeded all our expectations - it is beautifully and tastefully done upand yet felt like a home, warm and welcoming. It was spotless and immaculate and very well supplied with everything we needed. There is a very nice deck in the back with a large backyard which all of us, especially our dog, loved. The beach is a short walk away.
It was a real pleasure dealing with the owners - they were super responsive and very helpful.
Pebble Beach Farms is a very quiet private community with a large private beach, tennis, basketball and bocce courts. It is located adjacent to the Islands End Public Golf course. Sep's farmstand is a short walk away. The historic village of Greenport is a five minute drive or short bike ride away. Ferry's are nearby to take you to Shelter Island, The Hamptons and New London Ct. The North Fork is well renowned for Vineyards, Restaurants and a good life around the water.

Residency is limited to the number of people stated on the application. Guests are limited to one family or up to two individuals from 10am - 10pm each day. No guests are permitted from 10pm to 10am each day. Additional guests or variance of hours may be allowed but only at the express permission of the Landlord.
