There is also a private swimming pool (6m x 8m) with a sun deck with loungers, a couch, and chairs. Another flight of stairs takes you finally up to the rooftop, where a sun terrace has amazing views over the entire coastal area and the sea. A gate to this terrace can be closed for extra privacy, as there is another outdoor shower here. Parking for three cars is reserved in a small lot at street level.
