Located on the sunny side of the Big Island, this two bedroom / two bathroom condominium is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and offers a breathtaking panoramic golf course view from the private lanai.

Designed to feel like home away from home, this tastefully decorated condo offers plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining rooms. The living room hosts a large screen TV with cable, blu-ray / DVD, as well as high-speed internet access. Open the lanai door and turn on the ceiling fans to bring in the comforting tropical Hawaiian breeze, or enjoy the cool refreshing air-conditioned environment.

Sleep well on the high-end pillow-top mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of dresser storage, and a flat-screen cable TV. The spa-like spacious adjoining bathroom has a double vanity, soaker tub, shower, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, also with pillow-top mattresses and plenty of dresser / closet storage. The adjacent guest bathroom includes a tub / shower and single granite vanity. All linens and towels are supplied and a washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit.

Choose between grilling on the lanai or preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances; the unit is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, and small appliances.

No need to pack your beach gear; we provide several boogie boards, beach/pool towels, beach mats, and four backpack chairs with built-in coolers and storage pouches. So take in a picturesque sunset at Anaeho'omalu Beach, or enjoy the heavenly white sand and blue waves at nearby Hapuna Beach.

Our condo is minutes away from the Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops, where you can enjoy concerts, hulas, arts & crafts, and other special events. You will be amazed by the wonderful selection of boutiques, galleries, services, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a gourmet market / grocery store. Here are just a few of the dining choices: Charley’s Thai Cuisine, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Sansei Seafood, Steak & Sushi Bar, Island Fish & Chips, Merriman's Market Cafe, or Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grill. We are blessed to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world (Alaska) and vacation in another (Hawaii).

Why The Owner chose Kohala Coast

Our family has been to Maui, Kauai, Oahu, and the Big Island. We were drawn to Waikoloa because of the dry climate after a rainy trip to another island, and it proved to be the place that kept calling us back -- so much that we finally made it our second home. It would be our pleasure to share it with you, so you might also build memories of a lifetime in this paradise. The Big Island is truly magical with active volcanoes, snow-capped mountaintops, and contrasting colors of lava, coral, palms, beaches, and oceans.

I have now stayed in your in your fabulous villa O22 for the last 2 years

(in early June both times) and again had such a great holiday I would like

to do it all again next year 2014.



The villa was in prime condition and the homely touch such beach towels the use of the washing machine and powder, great cooking equipment and BBQ with associated oils and herbs and the great fridge, make it feel like an Hawaii home for me. It is the one time of the year I get to play some golf.

Well appointed and functional condo located centrally for exploring the whole of the Big Island.

After long days of playing at the beach, stargazing at Mauna Kea or visiting the volcano it was a real treat to come back and unwind at this spacious and well appointed condo. Not only was the condo centrally located for exploring the whole of the big island but was also great for my wife and I to conveniently stroll to the market for coffee or shopping before the kids woke up. The complex had great amenities and the outdoor kitchen made grilling and eating in a treat on several occasions. Can't say enough about this place. Looking forward to planning our next trip!

Back for the third time!

This is our third stay at this unit. Another great vacation. Such a great location. The pool is nice and everything you need is nearby. We used the grill on the lanai to make island style dinner and when we didn't feel like cooking Lava Lava Beach is a two minute drive. Hiking, beaching, sea turtles and whale watching...what more could you ask for. We'll be back for sure!

Excellent Condo and Lodging, Super nice owners

This super nice and clean condo fit the bill perfectly for us. We loved the layout and how nicely maintained and new everything was. We especially enjoyed the Built-in BBQ on the Lanai, which is very convenient and high quality. Nice view from the Lanai as well, including sunsets. Very convenient as well to the King's Shops, Queen's Marketplace, A-Bay Beach, Marriott, etc. Very convenient to drive to Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea, Waimea, Hawi, and even over the Saddle Road to the other side of the island as well. I agree with an earlier review about how nice and responsive the owners are. I sent a note with a couple questions and heard right back... Definitely pride of ownership. We look forward to going back... Thanks!

Perfect!

This unit was lovely, clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed! We truly appreciated access to all the beach/pool gear and utilized the beach chairs daily. We enjoyed grilling and eating several meals on the lanai which overlooks the golf course. The unit is located just a few steps across the street from the pool, and is only a short walk to Queen's Shops. Neighbors are great. The owner was very friendly and quickly responded to a last minute request to stay in this unit. The property managers in Waikoloa Village were also easy to work with and responded promptly to a question we had once we arrived. We would highly recommend and stay here again!

Comfortable, Clean, Close to water!

This place was excellent! My family and I initially booked for five days but ended up adding on a couple more at the end of our stay. We were a last minute booking and it worked out great - easy to book last minute! This place was great for our family of 4. We have two boys 8 and 10 and they loved it. They did not want to go home! My wife is always concerned when I book the lodging - she was not disappointed here. (Whew). The facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable. the boys enjoyed the pool as well. Thank you for having the boogie boards - we couldn't pry our 10 year old off the thing at Hapuna Beach!
