About Paula Harvan
I have been offering luxury holiday accommodations since 1999, with properties in London, Paris, the South of France and Napa Valley, California. Residential design and decor is my passion, and I strive to provide dwelling places that are more expressive, more beautiful than most other similarly-priced and sized vacation rentals. The hallmark of each residence is its personal style, which reflects its unique character and location. For example, Greenhaven London, which opens to the beautiful private gardens of Eccleston Square, is designed with the idea of bringing the look and feel of the garden inside with a calm natural palette sparked by carefully placed bursts of color. Quality furnishings, decor and a level of convenience, comfort and attention set help set my properties apart from other rentals. My philosophy: I would never rent a property that I would not stay in myself. So, putting myself into my guests’ shoes, I aim to 'think of everything' to make a stay a most positive and memorable experience.

Why Paula Harvan chose City of Westminster
When searching for a property to live in, I wanted the best aspects of London at my doorstep: proximity to major sites, transportation, shopping, dining, culture and entertainment, and an upscale neighborhood with a traditional English feel. I found it in Greenhaven. An added bonus: Eccleston Square, an award-winning private garden, right is outside my front door in one of London's best areas. From the outside of Greenhaven, the view is similar to the garden featured in the popular film Notting Hill. You see the upper branches of trees, swirls of clematis, heady explosions of climbing roses and, here and there. When you hear the birds sing in this wonderful in-town oasis, London seems to disappear -- yet all of its wonderful sights, sounds, tastes and experiences are right outside the garden gates. Eccleston Square came about when town planner Thomas Cubitt, who developed it in 1845, had the idea of gathering everyone's back gardens together. Around the periphery, a shady walk winds though arches of wisteria and clematis. Garden buffs appreciate several unique specimen plants, including a handkerchief tree from China -- and art buffs enjoy the irises, some of which came from Monet's garden in Giverny, France. The Garden Square has won many awards not only for its botanical beauty, but also for its well-integrated features, such as several brick patios, glass conservatory, tennis court, and play and BBQ areas.

We'll be back!
This is the perfect place to stay when visiting London. Great location, super adorable flat, and the owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We highly recommend this gem!
Great Place and Location in London
The apartment was located in heart of London, close to the tube/subway station although we were able to walk to most of the sites without trouble. Close to West mister abbey, river, Buckingham palace, shops, restaurants, etc. The check-in was easy, apartment was clean with snacks and beverages provided. I would highly recommend for couples. My wife and I stayed and would likely request same place on a return visit.
Absolute THE place to stay! Our first time in London would not be perfect without this lovely flat - from our host Paula to the impeccable place - everything is fully prepared! Paula was such a wonderful host, very patient and accommodating, with clear instructions and suggestions. The flat has all you need which makes us feel almost like a real Londoner!
Great apartment & Great location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Greenhaven London! The location is great - the Victoria station is a 5 minute walk and many sights are also a nice 15-20 minute walk from the apartment and the neighborhood is nice and quiet but still has easy access to some shopping and a good selection of restaurants. It is very well and thoughtfully appointed. The beds (in the bedroom and the pullout) are very comfortable and the apartment has good temperature control - which made coming in from the sometimes cool, rainy day very comfortable.
Paula literally has thought of everything - from really great tea & coffee selections to robes and slippers to an emergency sewing kit in the closet and a first aid kit in the bathroom. There are fun board games for winding down in the evenings and a selection of guidebooks to help plan your next day's outings. The kitchen is also well-supplied with both spices and cookware and cooking basics (flour, olive oil). We were able to make several meals there with only a quick stop at the local grocery store for the main elements of the meal.
Paula is also great about communication - from the time we made our reservation, she was in contact with us about our stay. She provided details about the apartment and, as we got closer to our stay, she was very good about communicating with us about the transportation that was included with our stay, information about certain amenities at the apartment and information we'd need upon our arrival. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to London. We highly recommend this apartment!
