ANOTHER "AWESOME" VACATION !!

Our 4th visit to ISLAND TRADER and we stayed a month this time! A wonderful relaxing vacation. The amazing view is still mesmerizing. We had one day of rain during our stay so, we really enjoyed the pool, the outdoor area and of course the amazing view. The outside is perfect ...a brand new five burner grill and new chairs under the tiki made drinks and dining with the ocean breeze a pleasure.

The renovated kitchen with all new appliances is well stocked for all your indoor cooking. The wine fridge is a welcome addition..located near the wet bar in the dining area is very convenient. All the bedrooms have new high end linens and comforter sets giving the house a very updated look. The beds are comfortable and the a/c is cold. The bathrooms have new fluffy white towels and rugs to match.

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood like you are on your own private island but, close to everything you need for groceries, fresh seafood, liquor and fabulous restaurants.

Jackie and Bill are a delight to work with...only a phone call away. We absolutely love this house and have booked for May 2017...this is our May vacation spot and we are so so so happy to have found it. Stay here and you will be happy too !!

Relaxing retreat

We had the best experience imaginable! Jackie and Bill were wonderful to work with-only a phone call away. We've rented other houses but this one is at the top of the list. Comfortable bed, beautiful view, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need.

Most of our time was spent outside. Swimming, fishing, grilling, or just looking out over the water. Manatees came by for their drink of water, a crane visited every day as well as other wildlife.

Our plans to go exploring were all canceled. There was no need to leave this house except to get more food and adult beverages.

We have booked this house again-this time for two weeks. Love this house and will continue to drive 22 hours just to see that view!

Good House, Great View

House is about how you see in the pictures, just a little older. The pool, dock, tiki hut is amazing! The views are wonderful! We really enjoyed our week of stay, the men rented a boat and fished and the girls shopped and enjoyed the pool. The house is only 50 minutes from Key West You can feed the fish from the dock with bread and there are a lot fish to look at, even parrot fish.

Owner's Response: The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, new appliances, and separate wine fridge, the complete inside of the home has been painted, new ceiling fans have been installed, and all new bathrooms fixtures have been installed since this guest visited.

"AWESOME" AGAIN!!

This is our 3rd 2 week May stay at ISLAND TRADER..the views are still amazing!!

The photo's are very accurate..there have been some updates..flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, new a/c unit, new furniture, new linens. All in all this is a wonderful place.

The home is very functional..kitchen is well stocked..mattresses are comfortable..a/c is cold. The major plus is the outdoor space..great pool, well lit Tiki-hut, b'que, solid table and chairs and loungers and THE VIEW!! This is what the Florida keys is all about.................

If you want to relax and feel like you are on your own private island..this is the vacation home for you..

Close to Vaca Cut to access the ocean or gulf, paddleboard or kayak directly from your own dock, fish from the dock, snorkle..great area to explore...

You are close to all stores...Publix,Winn-Dixie,Walgreen's with liquor store,K-Mart,Home Depot ..great fish markets and Sweet Savannah's for the best bakery items and key lime pie.

Jackie is a delight to work with for reservations and Bill is a phone call away for any house issues..only had to call him once for a question and he is a super nice guy. We love his house so much ...we booked for a month in 2016....really looking forward to that vacation!!

Stay here and you will return for a wonderful relaxing vacation..........................

first time to vacation at the island trader!! what a wonderful family vacation!!!!!!! it is true you need not go anywhwere other than to get food and adult beverages!!!! The sunrises and sunsets are amazing!! Fishing is outstanding and between the friendly visits of the local wildlife you will never find a more relaxing home to stay at. The house has everything you will need and if not jackie or bill are more than willing to make it possible, they are only a phone call away!!! The two weeks that we were there were the best our family has had we are already booked for 2015 and can not wait!!!! It takes us almost 24 hours of driving to arrive so you know the house and the view is well worth it!!! We can not thank bill enough for opening his home to us to enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

PARADISE!!

I just returned from spending a week in Paradise. There were 3 of us and we had an awesome time from the moment we arrived until we left. The house was perfect, it had everything we needed. The view was amazing. We rented kayaks for the week and had a wonderful time exploring. This is definitely a home I'd love to come back too...
