Each apartment is of 55 sq meter (600 feet) with 1 bedroom loft and balcony, fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment in one of the world’s finest resort.

Enjoy a spacious living area with 5 meters ceilings, a bedroom situated in the gallery above; all designed and fine picked from the antiques market of Jaffa, to fully complete the ambiance of the style of old Tel Aviv.

Both apartment accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults with 2 kids), with a sofa which opens into a bed.

Our two apartments are located on the 1st floor of a private, town house, in the very heart of Tel Aviv and in walking distance of the main tourist attractions.

Situated on one of the fashionable streets with acclaimed shops and restaurants, you are at the crossroad between classic and modern Tel Aviv. Nearby is Rothschild Boulevard - the main street of the acknowledged 'White City' - the urban and historical architecture of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, awarded World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. Around the corner you will find Shenkin Street, one of the trendiest and hip streets in Tel Aviv, for shopping or just for a coffee.

In 7 minutes you can visit the Carmel Market and revel in the colors and aromas of the local spices, fruit, vegetables and exotic food stalls offering delicacies. On Tuesdays and Fridays you may discover the arts and crafts market and be entertained by street performers and musicians.

You can stroll to Gan Meir (1 minute away) the public park and drink coffee amongst in the green settings of the neighborhood.

Perfect stressless stay in cute apt. near everything

My boyfriend and I stayed here our first 3 nights in Israel, and I liked it so much I retooled my plans to come back the last 4 nights of the trip by myself. It was a perfect choice. The apartment is cute, the owners, Dan & Michal, were very friendly, responsive, with lots of good information. They were also very welcoming and helped us when our phones weren't working. The beach is an easy walk away (7-9 minutes?). (I was happily surprised how clean the beach and water were, and how clear the water was.) The location is walkable to everything: restaurants, street food, city rental bikes (that experience is a different story), running paths, etc. We rented bikes while we were there for easy access to Jaffa Old City, the flea market, Rothschild Street, the theatre, the river park, and of course other beach areas. We ran to the central bus station to buy tickets to Eilat, but I'd suggest getting a taxi to the bus station instead. I felt perfectly safe walking by myself at night in the area. Also, we watched giant bats flying around above the cafes on King George Street. We had to really look for them but they were really cool. I was looking for vegan options and found two great places within 5 minutes' walk of the apt. (There's veg/vegan food even in the tiniest markets.) Also, be sure and ask about the grilled cauliflower pita place that Dan recommended. I don't like cauliflower but I wound up eating there 4 times because it was so good, and the place is lively! The employees seem to love their job. We also feel like the apartment was a more authentic experience than staying in one of the ubiquitous beach hotels. I have a friend going to Israel next year and I'm recommending this place to her. I'm not sure if pets are allowed in the apartment but Tel Aviv is so pet-friendly and there's a nearby dog park. Don't miss an opportunity to stay at Casa-Tata!

Wonderful apartment, wonderful people!

We can highly recommend the beautiful little flat in the center of Tel Aviv. We loved every minute of our stay. The apartment is very close to the amazing beach and our kids were very happy the didn't have to walk far. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Stores and restaurants are perfectly close too.

Dan and Michal are wonderful people. We are very happy, that we got the chance to meet them. We'll definitely return!

Cute, artsy little walkup apartment. Clean, efficient, cozy. Great neighborhood. Owners very responsive and very helpful. Bedroom in loft adds romantic touch. Good for single, couple or family of three.

This apartment have a soul!

Was here for three lovely weeks (in Blue apartment).

Wonderfull hosts!

Owesome location (Supermarket and native market was very close. As for beach we did't see a problems with ten minutes walking to the beach).

Each thing in this apartment think over, and we sensed that hosts gave us a part of them souls.

Perfect Location and Perfect Apartment

My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our stay in Tel Aviv thanks to Dan and this great apartment! Having lived in Tel Aviv for a number of years I couldn't imagine finding a quiet place in a perfect location but it does exist. The apartment was well equipped with whatever we needed. Dan was so nice to work with and really responsive if we needed anything. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable despite being a little chilly in December. With the amenities provided I don't know why anyone would choose a hotel over a place like this. Without a doubt we will be returning to stay at Casa Tata :)

EXCELLENT APARTMENT/PERFECT LOCATION IN TLV/TERRIFIC OWNERS

My wife and I were excited to stay at this rental because the reviews on VRBO all sounded so wonderful. The apartment met all of our expectations and we highly recommend it! It was exactly as advertised and the owners, Michal and Dan, were a pleasure to deal with. They were very attentive, informative and extremely personable.

The apartment is a clean and modern unit offering peace and tranquility amidst the best of Tel Aviv’s life and activities. It is situated on one of Tel Aviv’s most central and desirable streets with easy access to beaches, markets, shopping, dining out and places of interest. Car or no car, this is the place to be.

We will definitely come back and we will recommend this flat to all of our friends and family!
