My family and I stayed at the Sand Castle Suite for a family vacation. The short walk down to the beach was awesome for a sunset walk or a day at the beach. The location in Hyannis was great with all the restaurants and places to visit. The owner Greg, has so much knowledge of where to go, eat, and visit. If you are nice enough, he will give you a private boat ride which was one of the best parts of my vacation. So that is why I would go and stay at the Sand Castle Suite. (Ellianna, 11 years old)
This particular guest review was the first ever written by one of our guests whom happen to be 11 years old. Thank you Ellianna for your very thoughtful comments. I too really enjoyed taking your family out on my boat! You are a fantastic swimmer!!! I'm so pleased to know you & your brother had such a great time. Your parents were extremely friendly as well. I also enjoyed our lunch on the harbor...pulling up to the slip at Baxter's Fish & Chips! I look forward to your family returning to Sandcastle Suite. Thanks again!
Very good location for Cape Cod
My wife and I really appreciate this house for his location to visit Cape Cod. This house was very clean, and big for two people. It was easy to reach the ferry by bicycle, and visit Nantucket or Martha's vineyard islands. Also, it's very central for visiting all Cape Cod.
The owner Greg give us very good reference for restaurants, not only for Hyannis and Yarmouth, but everywhere in Cape Cod. Greg help us also to discover interresting area in Cape Cod.
We won't hesitate to return at this lovely place.

It's a royal sandcastle!
We had a very pleasent stay. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking, great BBQ! Owner is very knowledgable of region's activities, attractions and restaurants. There's a 2 minutes walk to a quiet beach spot. We had the chance to be taken on a boat ride with Greg. We highly recommend this place.
Best vacation ever
I had never gone "outside the box" when looking for vacation rentals, using known hotels, homes, etc. We took a chance and the results couldn't have been more rewarding. The area is so scenic, so relaxing, so calming. I truly can't envision vacationing anywhere else. The Sandcastle was more than enough room for my wife and me. Comfortable, clean, a short walk to the beach, and within walking distance of shoppes and restaurants. Greg was a wonderful host, with local knowledge second to none and wonderful stories of days gone by on the Cape. While the lack of air conditioning might have been a problem had the weather been hotter the well ventilated home and plenty of local fans kept the Suite comfortable at all times. I can't wait to vacation there again, hopefully taking advantage of Greg's other properties to possibly include our large extended family. A wonderful experience
Great Stay for Four!
We really loved staying at the Sandcastle Suite. It was impeccably clean when we arrived, roomy enough that our two small children had plenty of space to play, and was a half-block away from a private beach! It was also only a few minutes' walk to town, which was great. Greg was a great host, and always available if we had any questions.
It's worth noting the lack of air conditioning in the suite... don't let that deter you from booking! There are many windows and the whole place is very well ventilated. To be honest, I didn't even realize there was no AC until my wife mentioned it as we were beginning our drive home. Highly recommend this great suite!
Peaceful and all the comforts of home
My husband and I spent a week in early June at the Sandcastle. We found it very clean, comfortable and everything was well cared for. The suite was everything as described. The beach was private and just a short walk from our front door. Can't say enough about how nice the beach was! We found the Sandcastle to be very relaxing, quiet and would gladly go back again.
