GREAT CONDO!! Great location.. Have used this particular condo numerous times.

Everything you need is in the condo,Iron,Hair dryer,Chairs for beach.

Very close to pool.

We really love it and Mr Hockensmith is GREAT To work with.

Excellent Value

This condo is an excellent value, very convenient, everything was clean and in working order. The bldg is on the beach and the beach is great, very convenient to Walmart, golf, restaurants etc.

The unit was dirty; bathtub had black mold and didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. Nothing looked like it had been cleaned in quite some time, dust and dirty residue on surfaces like the light switches, toilet paper dispenser,etc. Knob missing on dresser, some drawers broken, drawer front completely broken off in the bathroom. There were stains from food? on the walls and door trims. Chipped paint on the bunk beds. The vent in the bathroom barely worked, which explains the rust in the unit.There were several cracked tiles. the sliding door lock was broken as was the security bar on it. I called the owner about that, but the management company never fixed it. WE WERE ON THE FIRST FLOOR! The pans were badly scratched teflon, which is unhealthy to cook with once it is scratched. There was only one cooking utensil, a metal spatula which would explain the scratches. there was no vacuum or broom to sweep up sand in the unit. The overhead bulb on the stove was burnt out as was the porch light bulb. Don't even try to sleep on the pullout sofa, not even a chiropractor will be able to fix your back after that. The management company (not affiliated with the complex) brought new cooking pots and pans and a broom. But they never fixed the security issue of the sliding glass door or getting the unit cleaned. I had to buy cleaning supplies, bleach which was hard to use due to the fumes in a bathroom with no vent. I have stayed in other units at this complex and was very pleased. This unit needs cleaning and fixing up.

Owner's Response: I have owned this unit since 1999 and have never had a complaint prior to this. I have addressed this with the management Co and the new person recently assigned to my property and have been assured everything has been or will soon be addressed. I will be there myself the 2nd week of June to see to it or verify it personally.
