Cabin, Studio, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)
My wife and I have been married 30 years. We went on our honeymoon to Gatlinburg! We have two grown children and an 'empty nest child'...a Goldendoodle dog named Max. My wife teaches Kindergarten and I am a Regional Pastor. We lead mission teams to Guatemala as well.
Owner purchased this Cabin in 2002
Why Owner chose Gatlinburg
Gatlinburg has long been a favorite vacationing place for us! I have been coming to Gatlinburg since I was a child, we honeymooned here, and came here often when we were raising our kids. Several years ago, we had the opportunity to purchase this beautiful log cabin and our hope is that it will be a blessing to couples and families as they seek to renew their relationships, and enjoy some time away from the busyness of everyday life!
What makes this Cabin unique
'Heavenly Host' is a great place to enjoy some 'getaway time' as a couple. Whether you are relaxing in the jacuzzi tub, preparing a candle light dinner in the full kitchen, snuggling up in front of the fire place, or enjoying the very private hot tub on the covered deck, there are many amenities to enjoy! The covered back deck also has a gas grill so you can grill some sizzling steaks rain or shine. The rocking chairs on the deck provide a private view of the wooded hillside. It's a great place to talk, listen to nature, or read and pray. After relaxing, there are plenty of activities nearby. The cabin is located near the Arts and Crafts community and is only 3 miles from the heart of Gatlinburg with all its shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Remote control for TV we could not get to work for on/off or volume but would work channels. Cabin needs dusting, lots of cobwebs and dust on baseboards. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and it's privacy. Very cute cabin !
Great little cabin for a good price!
We thought the property was very nice. Really enjoyed our time there.
Nice little cabin in the woods.
Great Cabin and location!!!!! A bit disappointed after reading earlier reviews that the issues were not fixed but overall a very nice experience. I would say to the owners you should have a talk with your management and cleaning contractor. The cabin is clean in the middle but for its size it should be cleaner in the corners. Also, the grill is still out of order and the fireplace did not work. There are burnt out lightbulbs throughout but the front door was a problem after dark. Again, all of these issues are fairly minor and we had a good stay but I think they should be addressed.
The cabin was exactly as pictured. Location was right off main road, but private. Hot tub was easy to use and comfortable. I suggest recovering it as your getting out of the tub, otherwise it could be difficult. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. We did Uber one evening for the ease of not having to find parking downtown and it was under $10. Crystelle Creek is almost across the street and a great place to eat. There is also a family dollar less than a mile away. The property owner was quick to respond in the days leading up to our stay. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for allowing us in your cabin!
cabin in the smokies
had a great time at this cabin. interior was extremely nice and homey. entrance could use a little tlc, would stay here again if going to the area. parking was tight as there is a shared drive with two other cabins.
It was awesome I’ll stay there again when I’m back in gatlinburg
Thanks so much! So glad you enjoyed it!
