The house is located in one of only two private cul-de-sac enclaves in Coronado. It is quiet and secluded yet less than half a
block from the main entrance to Central Beach. It offers 1 parking space in the garage and up to 3 spaces outside.
The first floor has an open floor plan with hardwood floors thru-out. It consists of a Living Room with fireplace, Dining Room, Large Kitchen, Family TV Room, Powder Room and a Guest Suite. Living spaces open to private outdoor areas.
The second floor has a Master Bedroom with a fire place and sitting area, a Bedroom with attached Den, Bathroom and outside Deck, a Powder Room and Sitting Room with TV, bar, card table and office alcove. All bedrooms are outfitted with California King beds.
The secluded backyard has two sitting areas, a private rose garden and a grassy play area. Beach toys, bikes, chairs and a beach wagon are provided.

This is the perfect location for pedestrian outdoor living. Just steps from the beach, near a golf course and marina. Perfect for boating, outdoor activities or just simply enjoying the beach and California sun.
The house is located in a private and very quiet cul-de-sac, literally steps from the beach. The children could play outside in the common courtyard and draw with chalk on the street, which they enjoyed immensely.
You cannot beat this location.
The house is located in a quiet and private area, amazingly close to the beach. The pictures don't do the house justice. It's very pretty and very clean. If I had to find a negative I would say that one of the two upstairs bathrooms could be a little bit bigger. It is ideal for a 3 families. Two living rooms give plenty of privacy.
Coronado is a wonderful pedestrian vacation destination and the house is located near all the attractions. You can walk to Hotel Del (5 min. walk), to Coronado Beach (2 min. walk), to the shops on Orange Avenue (2 min. walk) or even to the Ferry Landing (30 min. leisurely walk, from where you can take the Ferry to San Diego). All in all a great vacation destination.
It was an unforgettable vacation for my whole family in so many ways. The house and everything by far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, clean and stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. The place was amazing!!! The beach was mere steps away with waves perfect for boogie-boarding or surfing. And using bicycles was an amazing way to explore island. My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously and can't wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Wonderful location. Very quiet. Off main street yet close to everywhere. We especially loved taking walks in the evening to Hotel Del or sitting on the patio.
