This nicely done, clean condo is done in carpet except for the bathroom, kitchen, and entry way, which has vinyl. The condo is 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom and can sleep 4 guest comfortably thanks to a nice Sofa Sleeper in the living room. The kitchen comes with full size appliances and all the dishes needed to cook your favorite meal. When you're ready for a swim, you're already on the beach, and the shoreline is merely steps away. Great location, wonderful view, mostly clean.

We loved the location of the unit, and the wonderful view of the ocean and beach. The layout worked well, and the master unit felt generous with the dressing area and the walk-in closet. The unit itself felt like it had been somewhat neglected. The kitchen window seemed to be painted shut, There was a place in the bedroom and also in the living room where stepping on that spot made it sound like a board was continuing to crack or rub end to end. Neither of the bedroom windows stayed open, so we used kitchen pancake flippers to prop them open about 3 inches. The balcony had loose boards that would flex as we would step on it on them, and the screen door felt like it was either rusting in the lower track, or that the screen door needed oil, if it is suspended by wheels. There were three pieces of the vertical blind missing on the livingroom second sliding door, which I was unable to unlock. You had to coax the vertical blind into position so it was completely centered over the window because the missing pieces weren’t there to provide more coverage, which is quite necessary, due to the fact that this tiny balcony is within a foot of the neighboring unit balcony, so that when they are on their balcony they could look right into our unit through the living room and into the master bedroom door. Most of unit seems to be quite clean, But there is a need for vacuuming at the head of the bed where it meets the wall. This was obviously a dirty area, as could be seen when unplugging my phone from the outlet. It would be difficult for cleaners to move the bed to do this, as when I looked beneath the bed to see if we had forgotten anything, the bed seems to be held up with two short 4 x 4 pieces of wood. The wattage of the bulbs in the only two lights in the master bedroom leave the room remarkably dim. The microwave turntable doesn’t turn. On the balcony, the north end of it I dropped about 1 inch in the span of about 3 feet, so when you went to that end of the balcony by the railing, you were walking down an obvious slope. With the concern of the balcony that fell off a different unit during a party recently, the integrity of this balcony should also be assessed. We won’t stay in this unit again, with all of these problems. The only way to get cross ventilation was to prop the unit door open since the other windows didn’t open or wouldn’t stay open. That’s a shame, because the view is wonderful, whether on the balcony or inside. W/D or shelf unit?
