Beautiful 2 level townhome in a lovely community next to the Columbia River. This home is located 1 block from the Columbia River and just steps away from some of Vancouver's best restaurants such as Beaches, McMenamins, Joe's Crab Shack, etc.
Stroll along the beautiful river walk or ride a bike 1.5 miles to downtown Vancouver where you will find stores, a movie theater & more restaurants. Vancouver has a great summer farmers market downtown along with many shops. Easy access to I-5 and hwy 14.
Sit at one of the many local restaurants along the river and watch sailboats go by, see the occasional seal and watch eagles soar. Relax and watch the sun set on the Columbia river and see Mt Hood change colors as the sun sinks into the horizon.
The Washington and Oregon wine country are absolutely beautiful and you can take a day trip to many of the local wineries. Other day trips include: drive along the Columbia river & see beautiful water falls, 1.5 hrs to the Pacific coast or 1.5 hrs to Mt. Hood.
Fishing is great in the Northwest and depending on the time of year, you can catch salmon and steelhead in many of the rivers. Take a day trip up to Mt Hood, stop and catch river trout in the mountain streams.
This townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, dining & living. Downstairs: 1 master bedroom king bed, 1 full bathroom, utility room with a full size washer & dryer & entry.

We travel a lot and so we look for a home with an easy lifestyle and with all of the conveniences close by!! We love sailboats, fishing, airplanes, biking, taking long walks and just enjoying the outdoors.

We fell in love with this townhome and the whole lifestyle that comes with living close to the river & downtown Vancouver, Wa/Portland, Oregon. We have always loved the Northwest and love living so close to the Columbia river and yet still have all of the conveniences of the city.
What makes this Townhome unique
This townhome is located in Northwynd which is a beautiful community that is well maintained with beautifully landscaped grounds. You can park your car in the garage and leave it there until you are ready to go because you will not need it. You can walk to many great restaurants, bars, shops, the movie theater, etc. Sit by the outside fireplace located in the swimming area. We love it!!

The only drawback that I saw was we had two automobiles and additional parking in the neighborhood was very limited. At times to find a space for our second car we had to park a couple of blocks away..that being said, it was a very nice condo and very close to downtown.
The condo was wonderful. Well taken care of and loved the details on everything to do with the condo drawn out by the owner.
Great bargain near the river.
This was a very spacious, nicely decorated three bedroom condo. It was only a five minute walk from two restaurants on the river. Suited our needs completely.
The property was spacious and very clean!
This property accommodated our family comfortably while we were in Vancouver for our son’s wedding. It was a perfect location allowing for various activities within walking distance for the variety of interests in our group. Our hostess was very responsive to our questions and needs. I really wish I knew where she bought the hangers in the closets!
I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vancouver.

We had a great stay and had no problems. Airplane noise caught us off gaurd the first morning but got used to it the rest of the trip.
Nice fitness center, take a swim in the outdoor swimming pool (open Memorial day to Labor day), soak in the hot tub (open year round) or sit by the outside fireplace next to the pool. Take a 1.5 mile walk or bike ride to downtown Vancouver along the Columbia river on the concrete boardwalk, The weekend farmers market located in downtown Vancouver is a great place for food and music. You can walk 1 block to a couple of great restaurants and micro breweries or ride one of the four bicycles provided for your use.

Standard cleaning fee is $125.00. For reservations 4 weeks or longer, the cleaning fee is $250.00 every 30 days with a $1,000 refundable security deposit. Please note that HomeAway/VRBO will add a service fee to all payments booked thru them at this site. We DO NOT GET ANY PART of that SERVICE FEE nor do we control the percentage. We also accept personal checks or Paypal. Just let us know your preference. If paying thru Paypal, there is a 3.2% fee added for their service charge. If paying with a personal check, the final payment will be due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Just let us know how you would like to pay!
