This unit is beautifully furnished, newer furniture, paint and carpet. The Deauville is a peaceful resort. Sun, swimming, tennis, gym – we have all of the elements of a relaxing vacation

This unit gets morning sun, and is an interior setting, just steps from the main pool.

***Please note for stays of 28 days or more, there is no tax due. Please e-mail for a quote, or questions before booking, some dates/months require a minimum stay.*** January - March reservations require that you inquiry for availability, please do not book without an inquiry first.

There is one master bedroom and a full attached bath. There is a full second bath as well. All new linens and flat screen TV's in both the living room and bedroom. Unlimited phone long distance to Canada & USA. Cable TV and Internet with WiFi are included.

The Deauville is a gated complex in downtown Palm Springs, just one block from the casino and 3 blocks to Palm Canyon Drive. You can walk just about anywhere for great restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Many guests don't use a car while they're here; they enjoy walking everywhere instead.

About Jeff

We live full time in Palm Springs. We bought this unit 7 years ago as an investment and have had it rented full time up until last year. We have friends and family in and find this is great place to have them stay when we run out of room. On occasion we come over and spend the day at the pool and play tennis; it's like our own mini vacation.

The place was clean and neat, great pools, fully stocked kitchen, amazing little patio with grill. Great communication with Owner, No complaints!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great location to downtown and casino

The pool areas where very good, the suite was nice with the underground parking close. We would stay there again and recommend to a friend. Great value for your dollar.

Very happy with the Deauville condo and the complex

Jeff's condo was clean and modern with a great location on the inside of the complex.

Our vacation was in mid Sept and found on most day's that other than a couple of people we had the main pool to ourselves. Numerous golf courses to play on at reasonable prices. many good restaurants were all within walking distance.

The only negative for us was the pillows as we are used to a firmer ones, but that was a very minor issue.

We hope to return next year same time but for a longer vacation as 11 day's just wasn't long enough.

Great location and emenities.

Jeff was very helpful and gave my wife and I some very awesome suggestions for meals really close to the property. The pool was fantastic and exceptionally refreshing. Everything was in walking distance of the property. The covered parking was great. Unit was clean and cute. We went to Palm Springs in July, so town was quiet and the locals were polite and helpful. Temp averaged 105 for the 3 nights we were there. The pool made it feel 20 degrees cooler. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we look forward to returning to Palm Springs and we will try to rent the same unit.

Very Nice Condo!

Everything was clean and the owner made it very easy for check in and departure! I would recommend this place. The price was very reasonable and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. I will be coming back!
